This place is such a rip off! Of course it’s the only option for anyone in the Sequim/​PA area and they take full advantage of that. A large popcorn for 7.50? And when I asked if we could just have water (not bottled) instead of soda, they said they would still have to charge the price of the soda due to having to account the inventory. Yeah right! ANY other small town theater that I’ve been to would allow you to have a cup of water without charging 5.50 for the cup. The up side to this place is that the bathrooms are clean. I was also surprised how much they charge for everything and the theater itself looks rather old looking. No stadium seating, the set up of the theater itself reminded me of the 1990’s. I get we are in a small town area, and they aren’t gonna have the need for a huge multi-​plex. But charge the appropriate amount for what you have to offer! Seriously! I would rather save my money and wait to rent a movie than experience one here again.

Worst managed theater, no customer service and they stole money from me.
And we weren’t the only ones.
I pre-​purchased 7 tickets online for a 12:30p movie. Arrived 30mins early.
Despite the pre-​purchase and printing tickets, we still were made to stand in line.
The staff had oversold tickets and not one seat inside theatre was available.
We waited 45 mins. for help getting a refund, minus the on-​line fees.
Not one staff offered an explanation or apology.
I’m out the online fees. Will never return.

The screen is pretty small but the theater is clean. The concession stand is a bit over priced but employees are friendly. You have to pay for 3d glasses but you get to keep them. Good and bad. happy to have a theater in town!

Don’t know what all the fuss is. We visited from out of town and found the theater to be just fine. Screen was clean, movie ran fine, but didn’t try the concession stand. Not like folks around here have much choice anyway.

Very small theater with no statium seating… so if grandma gertrude comes in with a hat on you’re gonna have to find a new seat… NO free refills on fountain drinks which is a rip off…

Arrived 45 minutes before showing only to see that they open doors 15 minutes before the movie started. That doesn’t seem like enough time to get your spot, treats, and bathroom before the movie. Needless to say… We didn’t stay.

This cine-​5-​plex is OK — nothing fancy, but as good as you’re going to get in this area. It serves 2 small towns, Port Angeles and Sequim, which is why it’s in the unpopulated area between them. It has 3-​D capability on at least 2 screens.

Less than ideal location (while by the highway there’s not much else in that area), and when I was there they were unable to play the movie I wanted to see. But we were allowed to pick a replacement movie to see free.
