We are so lucky to have an expert vision therapy team at the Beaches! There aren’t a lot of practices qualified to diagnose and treat kids in this very specialized field. Many kids are misdiagnosed with learning disabilities or dyslexia when they really have a problem with their eyes. I recommend a visit to Dr. Falden for children and teens with reading difficulties to rule out these very treatable conditions.

The optometrist was great. The progressive lenses I purchased (for over $ 500), however, began distorting in about six months and were unusable within 11 months. When I returned them, I was told the distortion was from faulty manufacturing, and the glasses were replaced at no charge. The same thing happened to the replacement pair, and the person I spoke with told me that the glasses were not under lifetime warranty. Because it was a confirmed manufacturing error, I feel as if I am owed a replacement or refund.

Seriously one of the worst experiences in an eye Drs office! Not one of their staff members knows what is going on. They were rude, unapologetic when they got my kids glasses that he needed urgently WRONG, barely apologetic when those glasses came in one week late. I have never been more frustrated before. Please, think twice before coming here.

I just had the most amazing experience with Vision Express. I broke my glasses while in Florida on vacation. I dropped into this optometrist who fixed my glasses in minutes while I waited. The service was so friendly and efficient and amazing. My vacation is back in focus!

I had a wonderful experience as a first time patient here. The staff was friendly and everyone was knowledgeable. The doctor was a nice young woman and made sure to explain things to me in different ways to make sure I understood my diagnosis. The glasses selection is not huge, however, the selection available are current fashions & designers– I have no doubt you will easily find something you love here (I know I did!).
As far as price goes, I admittedly do not have a point of reference here (I have not needed glasses/​contacts for nearly 15yrs). That being said however, to me, it definitely seemed on the pricey side. Hey it can be expensive to get great service & designer products– but fortunately for me, I had a groupon!

I was happy to get a same day appointment as I was on my last pair of contacts. My schedule has been crazy the last few weeks and couldn’t find the time. The staff was very accommodating. This was my third annual exam but first with Dr. Allison. She was very knowledgable and professional and answered all of my questions. The new multi-​focal lenses are working much better for my vision. I will definitely continue coming here for my vision needs.

No in-​and-​out rush eye exam here. Dr Faldon will take the time to do a thorough eye exam make sure you have the perfect eye glass prescription. Dr Allison Faldon is very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt well taken care of. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend Healthy Eye. I will not go anywhere else.

At first they were GREAT! Then it was the worst experience and complete RIP OFF! The Doctors are great but the office staff is the worst! They could NOT get my rx correct and kept blaming me. They wouldn’t let me speak to the Doctors and then it was too late when I finally did over 10 months of trying to get glasses that worked and my money back it was over over $ 350.
Then Dr. Allison realized the glasses that Ruth ordered were the wrong RX, really that’s what I kept saying for 10 months now. Can I get my money back, NO it’s to late. They ordered me another pair at «their expense» no you didn’t I PAID OVER $ 350. so it was my expense!!! They weren’t even correct. I won’t even go it to the contacts that was never right and I wore contact for years and none of the one’s they ordered were the right fit! Maybe because someone wrote the RX down wrong I don’t know, They are the professionals HA!
They will take your money and pretend to help and just until you time limit for a refund has expired. If you get talked into the progressive lenses you only have 30 days and it’s called failure to adjust and you are suppose to get your money back!!! They failed to tell me that but I went back a day after i got them and said these make me dizzy! They said oh they are not adjusted, week after week month after month it was an adjustment! NOT ONE TIME DID THEY OFFER MY MONEY BACK OR LET ME SEE THE DOCTOR!
The time I pitched a fit 10 months later I got to see the eye doctor!

I went here as the result of purchasing a Groupon certificate. My husband purchased his first, got in there quickly and came home very happy with the service and experience. For that reason, I also bought a Groupon and went, but the reason I will go back is because of the great service by the entire staff from the receptionist to the doctor to the very professional lady who handled the puchase of my glasses. Dr. Allison found that my previous glasses were slightly stronger than they needed to be and I am very happy with my new glasses. I think anyone looking for a good doctor or a place that provides great service as well will be very happy with Healthy Eye. I highly recommend them.
