I got the catfish po-boy and the bread was soggy, the po-boy itself was mashed almost flat, the fish wasn’t much better and neither was the fries. probably won’t go back unless it is just to see if they have gotten better. I guess everyone deserves a second chance.

Great place. Great poboys. Friendly staff. They gave extra fries to our order. Will definitely be coming back the Tiger Poboys.

I have visited both locations, here and Hammond. I have yet to be disappointed! However I can only review the Philly poboy. It was so delicious that I have not tried anything else! Food is out quickly and the friendly service can’t be beat! I’m all about patronizing local businesses. Skip the chains and give this place a try, for real!

I visited the Hammond location but I’m afraid I don’t see it listed. I am new to town, only been here for a few months but I have to say this is the best food I’ve had. The speed of service is always reasonable, the food is delicious. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich with the fries and was very satisfied.

First time visiting the Hammond location. Got the muffaletta and grilled shrimp dinner. Everything was awesome! Will definitely go back.

Piping hot catfish and fries, delicious! Flour crust, no cornmeal crunch, on fish; garlic bread instead of expected hush puppy. Did not get my salad, drink, catsup, napkins, fork etc. on to go order. Spouse’s large ham Po-boy was okay, but nothing to go back for. Would rather more meat on smaller bun and hot, not cold sandwich. Clean restroom, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff.

My coworker and I went for lunch for our first visit to this new restaurant. The parking lot and dining room was full at 11:15 a.m. when we arrived. I ordered the 6 piece honey barbecue chicken wings which came with fries and a medium drink and she ordered a fried catfish basket which came with 4 decent sized fillets, fries, bread and a medium drink. We experienced about a 10 to 15 minute wait for our food which was alright considering the full house and a drive through line as well. My chicken wings were very large and the sauce was plentiful and very tangy and tasty. We both agreed that the fries which had a light seasoning on them were good and they stayed hot for the entire meal. She was pleased with the crunchiness of her catfish fillets and said she would definitely order them again. She did not care for the bread which appeared to be French bread cut in rounds. All in all, the food was way above average, the portions were generous and the price was very reasonable. I paid under $ 7 with tax and I believe hers was under $ 9. The downside is the parking lot and building. Not much was done to freshen the place up(this is an old KFC building). The ladies restroom needed cleaning and there was no soap in the dispenser. A few coats of paint, some minor cosmetic repairs of the interior and the parking lot would give a cleaner, updated feel.
