IHOP

I’m here on business, I came to this ihop because it’s near my hotel. The server was nice and polite, the speed of my order was quick, I had no complaint towards my server. The food was the down side the, first the sweet cream crepes not worth 9 bucks for me, second the sweet cream was super sweet! It was way too sweet, each bite I had to drink water with it. The the crepes were served on a huge plate making it look like the ingredients were rationed to a minimum.
The coffee and the grapefruit juice was decent.
The table next to me was dirty but the server noticed it and cleaned it right away which is a good thing that she took care of it right away,
The place was completely empty, hardly anyone in there making you wonder if people dislike the location.
I will most likely not come here on my first choice but I’ll give it another chance if I’m ever in town again.

Worst service ever. Out of regular coffee. OUT of regular coffee. A breakfast place.

Polite waitress, needs to work on speed of food. Ive been here a couple of times and I feel like its either a hit or miss. So far I’ve been getting a lot of hits so if this continues I will return.

We rarely go to this IHOP because its sooo slow we don’t usually have the time. Even though they weren’t extremely busy, with plenty of empty tables, today was no different. Actually, it was worse. Server was Chris. Personality was pleasant enough, I guess, but he was hurried and forgetful. It took 15 minutes just to get four drinks. I finally had to walk around to find sugar for my coffee after asking him twice. It took forty (40!) minutes to get eggs (omelette), beacon and pancakes. He brought the food without the side of toast. Asked for toast again; never did get it. I had him take the forgotten toast off the bill. We usually tip at least 25%, we were nice enough to give him 10%. I’m giving one star for the cook! The food was good.

One positive part was our SERVER! GREAT SERVER and LOVE THE SOUTHERN MANNERS — Best wishes with medical school in your future.
We were traveling through the area and this was one of the few places open at the time of day we were in the area.
My plate, chicken fried steak, was OVER COOKED and tasteless. The eggs, had better, and the gravy not enough to cover the steak. At least the grits were good. The other 3 in our group had similar experience. They really did not like the food at all. All of us had upset stomachs the rest of the night as we continued to drive to FL.
I hate to say this, if you find yourself in this area and want IHOP, find a different IHOP because they will not get it done, but on the flip side, if you get our server — THE SERVICE WILL BE AWESOME!

Racist management who only do little as possible. Food overcooked, staff under trained. Worst service imagined. Will not return until new management and will tell everyone that unless your a minority that has a chip on your shoulder and with hour to spare and loves burnt food them stay away from slop hop.

This is my second visit. I will never come back to this IHOP for as long as I live. It took close to an hour for a omelet and pancakes! Can you also believe that my food came out wrong and cold. I sat here and watched about 15 people come in and eventually walk right back out without being helped! Keyonee our waitress has to be on drugs and the worst waitress on earth! My family and I just had the worst experience EVER!

Very slow, orders always come wrong !! No hot water to make coffee !!! How is this possible ?!? A breakfast place with no coffee !! Figure out and make coffee without using the machine. Awful

The last time I went to this IHOP reminded me of the reason I quit going to eat there in the first place. Despite the seemingly large staff, the service was very, very slow. My bacon, when it finally came out, was so crispy that I couldn’t even use a fork to eat it. My husband’s steak was mediocre, fatty, and overcooked. Our waitress seemed indifferent and didn’t even let us finish our meal before bringing us our check. I will stick to the Iron Skillet the next time I want a large breakfast. So disappointed in this IHOP.

The food is bland. Had to add salt and pepper for taste. And the service is slow and or waitress seems in a hurry almost to the point where you almost hate to ask. The coffee tasted stale and old. We fit the wing type bread. Overall, it’s just not worth repeating.

Stinks omg do not come here if u can smell at all. Dirty windows, dirt on the floor by restrooms. Seated fast, server
Forget this one

If I could rate this IHOP a NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. We were seated at 10:55 a.m. Our slightly burnt pancakes came out at 11:22 a.m. and then my Honey-​Lime Chicken salad came out at 11:28 a.m. There were more employees than there were patrons, so what the hell was their excuse?! How do you burn pancakes when it’s a frickin IHOP? Why does it take 33 minutes to toss together a salad? Our waitress, Leyda, dropped the food off at our table without even saying a word. The salad was decent, but it was the WORST service I have ever experienced…

Such poor service today. Hashbrowns were soggy and pork chops over-​cooked. Our server seemed very agitated and just put the food on the table without a word. When asked for a crispier order of hashbrowns she walked away with an attitude and we could hear her mocking us in the kitchen. Then it arrived so late as well and she threw it on the table! Bad form Laquinta. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, or if that was her general demeanor but she ruined my dining experience. Walked outta there with a cloud over my head.

Our service was fast, the bathrooms were clean and the food was decent. However, th food took awhile to come and I saw other people in the restaurant getting bad service. Someone say down and ended up leaving because it took her so long to get helped. Also, one of the other waitresses had messed up a tables order, but charged them for the screwed up order and regular order. Although this sounds bad, they did eat the screwed up order and then their original order. They should have just sent the good back in the first place.

Eaten here only a few times but always been able to be seated immediately. Food was hot and served fast, though the server seemed cold. And the server only checked on the table a few times, had to wait for condiments, no syi

Had a great brunch. I had the sirloin tips and eggs and the wife had an omelet. Food was quick, hot and good! Our server (Rosa B) was very nice and made us feel welcome. The restrooms needed a little work but the rest of the place looked very clean. I’ll be back again soon
