DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owner is rude and has ZERO customer service skills. I had an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. The lovely lady at the front desk (only nice thing about this establishment) informed me that they had left me a message two hours earlier cancelling my appointment as the woman who was going to perform my service called out sick. I wasn’t home when they called and did not get the message. I had asked to be called on my cell phone, not my house phone. I planned my entire day around this appointment. I was told someone would call me back and reschedule my appointment. A week and three days passed and no one called me back. I called them back and spoke to the lovely lady again. But after rescheduling my appointment, I asked to speak to the owner. He called me back two minutes later and was extremely rude to me. He yelled at me and said ugly things to me and told me all my future appointments would be cancelled and then he hung up on me. I am not sure how HE can treat customers this way, especially customers who they wronged in the first place. He is a very ugly person and I would never want to deal with him or his salon again and so I am glad he cancelled appointment because I would never step foot in a place, or let anyone in that place touch any party of me, that is that rude to customers. I will let everyone I know what happened to me there and continue to let people know as I meet them, that they should never ever visit this establishment unless they want to be treated rudely for no reason at all. Repulsive and disgusting person. I think his name was John. Oh and they are moving up the street soon. Just please stay away. There are so many other local establishments that cater to their customers and make you feel welcome and so why would you ever choose to go to a place like this?

I have been here 6 times and have had a great experience every time. I see the esthetician for facials and microderm treatments. I am an esthetician myself, and have had my skin worked on by many people. I can honestly say that Carol has the best touch. Her facials are so relaxing and my skin continues to improve with every visit. The owner and staff are always very kind and welcoming. He always makes sure I’ve had a good experience and has offered me great deals on services to ensure my loyalty as a client. Although, even without them, I would definitely go back.
