Got a moldy tomato in my spicy chicken salad and no barbecue sauce when asked. Didn’t get any kind of sauce. Again. Cheese on a plain burger.

When you have a Manager (name tag says manager on it) who doesn’t speak English and has no idea what you are ordering, how do you expect to get your order right??? There was another manager (Cecilia) who didn’t even acknowledge my wife when she went to get BBQ sauce. They need to take some management course and they will probably have better service… I wish I could of day good thing but it’s hard when Management there is clueless…

We stopped here for lunch on the last day of our drive across the country and it literally took 20+ minutes to get our food from the moment we got in line, and there were ONLY 2 people ahead of us. The girl at the register was the slowest fast food worker I’ve ever encountered. She would not let you leave until your order was handed to you, nor would she take anyone else’s order.
The manager was so busy with light bulbs being changed outside the front door by some independent company, he paid no attention to what she was doing.
Seriously people this place does NOT serve fast food.
