Established in 2005.

I opened Fit & Fight Gym in 2005 with my husband Rasin, when we moved over from Germany and realized our dream to live and work in the USA.

We have state of the art, highest quality German Fitness Equipment and additional rehab machines.

The Gym is specialized in clients age group 35+ (music and equipment wise).

I have been a member of this gym of many years. I love the personal and private environment. I go to the gym to workout, not to socialize and I love that I can do just that there and nobody bothers me. Additionally, Conny and Rasin are excellent, professional and knowledgeable trainers. I cannot speak highly enough of Fit & Fight Gym.

I have been a member at this gym for years and I love it… there is no competition. Here… don’t have too worry about make up or how I look in my work out clothes, I am there to work out. Conny is great… she tailors your workouts to you. she keeps on top of you and wants you to be in overall good health… she cares about you as a person, not just that you are another client… she reminds you how important good health is to you and those around you… great gym… love, it

Nobody feels out of place here if they are out of shape no matter what their age. Conny and other gym members make you feel right at home.
I was reluctant to join a gym because the gyms I saw were full of hard bodies and people in great shape. I was a bit self conscious I guess because I was overweight and out of shape.
I had to get in better shape to prepare for an upcoming cardiac stress test. I felt comfortable when I came in the door at Fit & Fight and decided it was time to join a gym. I’ve now been here several years, have passed several stress tests and lost some weight too!
I know that many people enjoy going to the gym but I’m not one of them, I do it because I feel I have too. If I don’t show up to work out I will get a call from Conny asking why I didn’t come in. She is relentless and will not let you slack off. I guess you could call that a benefit.
