Jimmy John’s

My sandwich was either pre made or made on day old bread and I asked for Xtra sauce not «no sauce».

I found a staple in my Tuna Unwich today!!! That could be extremely dangerous! I’m calling the owners.

Rude and incompetent employees. Couldn’t figure out where I live to deliver my order and I overhear the employee talking about me in a derogatory manor to another employee WHILE IM ON THE PHONE WITH THEM! How can you not figure out directions with modern technology? I live a MILE away from this business and they are too dumb to figure it out and try to argue with me about where I live on top of it. I hung up on the guy mid conversation because I couldn’t take it anymore. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone or something. Will never order here after that treatment. Ridiculous, get it together!

Delicious and fast. All the ingredients are fresh and in a party of five, not one person was disappointed. I consider that a win! Will definitely return to Jimmy John’s.

After seing Jimmky John delivery cars around, I thought I would give them a try.
What a disappointment. The bread was like american white bread, soft and tasteless. The portion of meat and cheese on the Vito was very small. I would bet 3 or 4 oz at best on a tasteless 8 inch sub roll. All I could taste wasn the salami, and the oregano.
I think the only advantage to ordering there is the quickness. I barely paid for my order when it was handed to me.

Freaky Fast ??? Unbelievable !!! I walked in yesterday and a gentlemen was in front of me staring at the menu deciding what to order and the man behind the counter asked me if I was ready and I said yes I will take the Vito (Italian Combo) no peppers. The gentleman behind the register says would you like a soda and or chips? I respond and said yes please give me the combo. He then says that will be X amount $ and I hand him my money and he takes and says here’s your change and as I stick my hand out to get the change and the sandwich artist behind him puts the sub in my hand before the guy had a chance to give me my change and says jokingly sorry for the delay… I look up and jokingly say back to him yes you need to tighten up that was way too long. These guys were absolutely unbelievable, I tell you in less than a minute I had my sandwich. It took me longer for me to self serve my soda.
Freaky Fast is about as Accurate of a Motto as this company can have and the employees that they obviously train are right on point !!!

Scary fast delivery and the best subs around makes for a great experience. love JJ’s !

Great place for eating on the run. Sandwiches are usually ready by the time you finish paying. Clean store, friendly employees, fresh food. What more could you ask for?
They also customize your sandwich if you ask them to switch things up. Cookies and chips are tasty too!

If I’m in a hurry, this is my place! Sandwich is usually done before I leave the register… and it’s done right.

My sub was ready before I finished paying. Meats on Vito were very fresh. Wish JJ would do more subs with oil and vinegar and not mayo.

Fast delivery! I love their chips and I’m obsessed with the Vito sub!
(Just to note though, I have never been a fan of the tuna at JJ’s… Don’t get that!)

The beach club is really good

I originally went to this area of Fort to go to Osteria, but that being closed and me being hungry settled for a quick bite at nearby Jimmy John’s. I also confess that I was attracted by their bright read sign offering «free smells» by which I wasn’t disappointed. Everything did smell good.
It’s clean, orderly well run but as a part of a chain rather chainy and more deli like than being what I would generally define as a custom or, as they purport, gourmet sandwich shop; being a sort of upscale Subway.
Though the food I had was good, nothing I could particularly recommend or rave about.

I only seem to like one sandwich here, #5 Vito, but they do it right and they do it fast, whether it’s eat in, to go, or delivery. I usually come in and get a sandwich, but I tried delivery for the first time, and they got the order perfect and it was the fastest delivery I’ve ever had. I tried a sandwich other than the #5 Vito, the similar #9 Italian Night Club, for the first time. For some reason, the addition of the ham which isn’t in #5 Vito made the sandwich not quite as good, although I did like that the sandwich was fuller. I guess my «solution» from now on is to get the #5 Vito but just with an extra load of meat/​cheese.

Address wrong. Order wrong. Food warm. Would have been great if it was a pizza but not a COLD cut.
I am a vet customer but this specific JJ’s location doesn’t quite have their ducks in a row. I usually have a beach club with bacon. Note: recommended at any other JJ’s location. However after today I cannot recommend this location.
The first time I ordered from this location there were 3 yes 3 pieces of turkey on my sub. When I called to complain they offered no apology. Second time at this location: stale bread. Today: diet coke instead of regular, sprouts on my sandwich when I specifically requested them be taken off, my sub was warm and they had my address wrong.
If you pride yourself on speedy delivery please invest in a reliable telephone so that the employees can hear your customers. I am not normally a fan of franchise food and this is precisely why: inconsistency and lack of customer service. I don’t enjoy writing poor reviews however I feel fans of JJ must know this is not the ‘so fast you’ll freak’ or ‘gourmet’ JJ you’ve been accustomed to enjoying.

«Gourmet style» subs was the hook, line, and sink
«We don’t cook or heat our subs» pushed me way over the brink
More like deli style, far from gourmet
For the money and the quality I’d much prefer Subway’s
My tuna sandwich seemed like onions with a little tuna in between
When I looked at my sandwich I didn’t know whether to cry or scream
I won’t be coming back, it’s just not my thing
To eat at an establishment so disappointing
My favorite ingredients in deli style subs
Are salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar sprinkled on my grub
Need I say, it was nonexistent?
Yep, a deli-​style sub without those ingredients
Let me just stop here as to not continue to relive

** UnilocalER’S-don’t take my word for it, it might be right for you-​try it out, the deli meats are fresh, and they make really large subs — larger than I’ve ever seen-​just make sure to ask for any and everything you want on it — pass on the tuna**

Yeah it’s a franchise, but it’s one of the few that are consistently awesome with their food quality. Their motto is (paraphrasing here) «sandwiches so fast you’ll freak» — and they are right about that. I truly believe they can sometimes build those sandwiches in 30 seconds or less — just don’t hold me to it.
Initially I became a fan of their subs while living in West Palm Beach, but all the locations I’ve been to (Coral Gables, Wellington, Pompano and Palm Beach Gardens) have all been great.
Usually I order the PePe, but their Beach Club is also a keeper (LOVE sprouts on my sandwich). Meat lovers will likely love their J.J. Gargantuan as it’s meat stacked upon layers of more meat.
Did I also mention they deliver?
Bottom line, if you’re short on lunch time and are looking for some grub to hit the spot, Jimmy John’s is your go-​to sandwich stop.
