Southridge Apartments

My husband and I have been living here since October 2012 and could not be happier. From the first time we came to meet with the manager Linda, we have felt welcome and at home. The grounds are kept very nice with regular maintenance. Without us even needing to ask, they cleared out an overgrown area in front of our apt and replaced it with some nice bark and bushes. We have had a couple of maintenance issues (heater not working, stove went out) and they were handled quickly and without drama. The pool and jacuzzi are nice amenities, and the management is working on adding some other nice elements. The area is quiet and there are very few disturbances. We do have some wild cats that roam about but that is probably because at least one resident keeps feeding them, against management request. There is a nice sense of community and while everyone minds thir business, it’s also a kind of place that neighbors say hello or help each other out when needed. Seriously worth checking out if you’re looking or something in the area.

This place deserves 0 Stars. they have horrible management and poor car for their tenants. IT IS A SLUM and just because it is near the 210, it is still Pomona, Shop elsewhere there are plenty of better options out there. and Linda the manager, i couldnt say enough horrible things about her, she is a complete B***h

When i first moved here the manager was great. she helped us get our stuff together and it was a nice place to live, then they switched managers! This new manager sucks. We get notices for having a super loud stereo when we don’t even own one. There is also all the stomping from the upstairs neighbors. We put in a complaint but it just keeps going. I have two little sisters and they like to play on the grass but latetly they have all these bug bites! We even got a notice because the nosy maintenance man said our apartments wasn’t clean. What!!! Anyone who knows me knows im either at work or home cleaning. Our lease is up this month and my mom doesn’t want to go through the trouble of searching for a new apt. but we have no choice! The manager told my mom that she doesn’t want to renew with us because we don’t like it there so we shouldn’t be there. i hate it here! WARNING Do not move into these apartments. The manager sucks!
