If I could give this vendor zero stars, I would. Remodeling at my home prompted the need for a portable bathroom. Called the listed number multiple times, over several days, and left at least one message with no response. Very unprofessional. The two previous five-​star reviews are a far departure from the what I experienced.

My cousins own a small event company and asked for my help to locate a porta potty in LA with good rates. I must have called 5 – 6 companies before I stumbled upon Masters porta potty. These guys should have hired a google adsense person to get their rankings higher… haha.
I’m glad I went with them, cuz not only did they provide one of the best rates in los Angeles, their customer service was superb… they made me feel like I was part of their family.
Their service was really easy to use. You call or e-​mail them for a quote and time you need the porta potties, and the rest is done. its like that commercial, set it and forget it… haha, these guys will come and set it up and also pick it up and tow it away.
i know if you order more than a few units, they will cut you a deal. similar to costco… buy more, save more. haha.
anyways, i’ll recommend master to all my friends and other event planners. very helpful and useful. i’ll be a repeat customer! thanks masters!

Held a small party for my birthday. Needed to rent a few portable toilet as there were no nearby bathroom at the venue.
Got in touch with Kevin, and was knowledgeable and willing to work on pricing which was a plus. They delivered, set up, and came and picked up the portable toilet after our event was over which saved us a lot of hassle and was all included within the price he quoted me.‘
The portable toilet itself inside was very clean and surprisingly great ventilation even after a few hours of use. It had a separate urinal for men to use which was also a nice thing to have
Will def refer them to any friends who might need to rent one or two for a party or gathering when there are no nearby restrooms for use.
