LOVE the Inlet bar! My husband and I spent our favorite summer days and nights here. It’s also where we had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding. We wanted to have our ceremony here but unfortunately, the area was already booked so we settled for the night before. We have always found the staff to be super accommodating and friendly. the food delicious(the bbq buffet for our dinner was outstanding and our guests loved everything!) and the drinks strong and quick on delivery. We bring out of town friends as often as we can and love the live music. It’s my favorite place at the shore and I think we pine all winter long until it opens again!

What a nice surprise! The husband picked this out while we were in Point Pleasant. It was nice to walk to the end of the boardwalk and find a nice, relaxed, outdoor bar and restaurant. We sat at the outside bar and watched some beach volleyball while soaking up some sun. Inside was a nice, open air bar where you could order food. Food is typical Jenks options– deep fried, average, and about two dollars too expensive. We did enjoy the $ 2 Coors light specials. This is a more relaxed, less crowded option than Tiki or Club Jenks. We’ll definitely take the stroll down the boardwalk back to this place next time we’re in Point Pleasant.

A good spot, look for beer specials however as one can spend a quick 100 in a couple hours. Interesting people watching at the bar. And as for the people watching for those going on the beach — looks like an episode of Star Wars

My review is strictly based on Jenk’s Inlet for catering and parties. I run corporate events and have had our summer picnic here for the past three years. I cannot say enough good things about the food, drink and service for all three of these events which are usually for about 75 people. Prices are reasonable and all food is grilled for you right on the beach. You have your own bartender who runs a tab for you unless you buy the liquor package. They have a great assortment of drinks and service is always good. You get your own security guard who keeps the regular beach and restaurant patrons away from your event. Wrist bands are given out to all attendees. They have plenty of seating under umbrellas, and you can play volleyball on the beach with their nets and equipment. They keep outsiders out for you. Our event was 4 hours during a very busy day at the beach and everything was handled perfectly. Another event was taking place after ours and they were very patient and courteous with our group who was a little slow to leave. A great place for a corporate event, however no cancellations due to weather. You would have to opt to pay for tents if you want them or move your party indoors.

This was a fun place to hang out and enjoy the breath taking view of the beach while enjoying some frosty beverages. Drinks were a bit expensive, 2 rum and cokes for $ 22, but our bartender was friendly and outgoing. She suggested some great seafood restaurants for us to try later on in the night. We also tried the fresh shrimp and oyster bar. Yes, they were pricy but we were served gigantic plump raw shrimp with cocktail sauce. They were delicious, and yes we did have to shell them ourselves. It was nice to either sit in the shade or get direct rays from the sun depending where you sat around the bar. What a great atmosphere, we also came at a time that wasn’t over populated which made a huge difference in our enjoyment.

Drinks? Beach? What more could you ask for. A beer is usually in the $ 4 range which isn’t bad considering you’re right on the beach. The live music is usually entertaining(but not in the way they want it to be)

I like this place because it is away from the crowds. Nice little place right on the beach. Decent beer selection and not over-priced. They serve food too, your typical boardwalk fare, like sausage and peppers, burgers, etc. Great place to stop by if you’re looking for a low key time after a day on the beach.

I really love the location of this place, but the bar tenders, with the exception of one female bartender, are lacking in personality. That are even down right nasty on occasion. I was there this weekend and the bartender ignored my friends and I and when we were finally acknowledged she said it would take a while because they were changing bartenders. She then went on to serve at minimum 3 other people. It was just very odd. Drink prices are a little on the expensive side. Beautiful view, clientele is much better than what you encounter at the other boardwalk bars. :)

This is one of my favorite beach bars in the area. It is right on Jenks boardwalk. North end towards the inlet. Nice out of the way bar. Yes the have the standard boardwalk fare… Music Fri, Sat’s and not sure about Sunday. Some oldies but goodies. If your in the area it is the place to be if you don’t want the crowds. If you want more action, Martell’s is right down the boardwalk. Another do drop in…

Great spot at the end of the boardwalk near the inlet away from the crowds and noise of the rest of the boardwalk. You can sit outside and have a conversation instead of fist pumping to loud music like at Jenk’s Pavilion.
