Handmade Hoola Hoops are constructed for hoopers of all sizes and ages! Customers can even choose their color/​pattern preferences! Hoola Hoops can be used for fitness or dance. Even padded Hoops can be constructed for the most comfortable work out.

RAHH also offers classes throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC. Classes for fitness or to learn tricks for festival dancing can be scheduled for groups or individuals. When she picked up the hula hoop in the summer of 2009 as a personal birthday gift to herself, Angel developed a passion that she now shares with her students in her capacity as a Hoopnotica Certified Level I & II Instructor.

In 2010, she started Rock-​a-​Hoola Hoops, a business in Frederick County, Maryland that combines her natural gifts as a teacher with a love of «hooping.» Angel is showing children and adults alike the joy of exercise by leading individual and group instruction on the basics of on– and off-​body hoops movements at birthday parties, afterschool programs, Girl Scouts, and even Bachelorette Hoops parties where she customizes hoops for the bridal party. In addition to these fun, interactive classes, she is a skilled custom hoop maker.
