I was stayed at the Radisson hotel that this restaurant resides within. I wanted to have breakfast. I walked in to the restaurant entrance and there are two employees who are leaning on the counter and looked shocked to see me. I was the only customer at 1015 am. The place was dirty. Carpet was dirty and worn. Food was visible in splatters on the floor. The waiter guided me to a table and just points at the chair. I grasped the back of the chair and it came apart. The chair was full of food stains and crumbs. I should have left at this point. I was on a conference call and thought I didn’t want to negotiate driving and talking so decided to try and eat something easy and quick. I asked for coffee and eggs. Coffee was poured and it was a half cup. I waited for him to come back with my cream. He did not. I asked another waitress for cream. She returned and I poured it into my cup to discover the coffee was cold. I ate my runny eggs and left my wet and mushy hash browns. Took me all of 2 min. I waited 5 min for the check but I was alone in the restaurant. I had to go back to the kitchen area to find an employee. Check please!

Lunch with nephews — 14-yo and 9 yo. Ordered Philly Cheese steak(fair), pasta with Marinara sauce(good), meatloaf with veggies and mashed potatoes(fair). Service very good — attentive and quick. No much to say. We’ve had catered affairs and events in the hotel that were much better. Maybe a bad day for the kitchen.
