I’ve been doing business with Austin for years, so when he asked me to sign up at Unilocal and write him a review I was more than happy to help him out.
I own a total of 3 computers, all of which have been serviced by Austin. My daughter bought a computer from him and it’s just been wonderful for her. It’s fast and wasn’t very expensive either. Austin knows what he’s doing and his turnaround time is amazing. He may not be the cheapest in town, but do you want the job done right or do you want it done cheaply?
I’ve been more than happy with his services over the years and I’d recommend him to anybody.

I gotta say, I trusted Austin upon first meeting him and building a computer together, but when I returned for an upgrade he sold me a graphics card for double the store price as well as a hefty installation fee; to top it off he tossed my previous part which was less than 6 months old in the trash!
I can’t work with or trust someone who belittles their consumers like that. Sorry Austin, but work on your business practices or lose business.

Austin gave me exactly what I needed and in my budget for my PC upgrade. He gave me 2 options and explained both so I could understand. I’d recommend Austin for a custom built or any repair needs.
