My business located here for two years. I would not recommend renting here. Business relationships ultimately rely on the fidelity and honesty of the people in charge of the business. Although several of the receptionists here are/​were excellent, the owner/​manager of this business is dishonest and has made racist remarks more than once.
He called one of my vendors a «monkey.»
Also, completely and unprofessionally made fun of a prospective client’s name…“Wang,” in front of others. His excuse was, «I do that to everybody!»
This certainly hindered my business. Spend more money for a location which will enhance your business opportunities.
I spent several months thereafter at Regis. Although it was more expensive, their customer service was excellent. I would recommend Regis 100x more than Pleasanton Business Solutions.

Nice offices with great customer service. Great place to meet clients in Class A space.
