Business Owner

Harry-​Todd Astrov is the founder and Principal of Astrov P.C. H.T., an attorney and non-​practicing CPA, has more than two decades of experience providing counsel on a wide range of U.S. and non-U.S. tax matters. His background includes serving as an Attorney-​Adviser for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Washington, D.C. and as Senior Tax Counsel for Chevron in San Ramon, California.

Now in private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, H.T. offers strategic tax planning advice to businesses. He also helps businesses and individuals avoid and resolve disputes with the IRS, FTB, and other taxing authorities.

H.T. received his B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University, his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and his LL.M. (Taxation) from Georgetown University Law Center.
