Wow! My 25 year old carpets look brand new! John was on time, carefully explained what he was going to do and gave a price that was fair (and didn’t change it when he finished the job). No need to call the big name carpet cleaners – this guy is good!

Glover’s took care of me and regularly cleaned my carpets for 25+ years. I had purchased a pretty good grade; however, every year John would say it was still in good shape and didn’t need replacing. I have to admit they looked good even though they were a light color. Stains… Yes but John removed all but the Orange Soda my niece failed to tell me she spilled in the bedroom until months later. Water damage from my neighbor… Yes several times but Glovers always took care of me. I can’t imagine another carpet cleaner working on my carpets. I’m moving out of state and hope I’m as lucky to find another jewel,

Wonderful experience with Glover’s. Our carpets looked great after he cleaned them. Took time to explain what he was going to do and why things happen to carpet (like the blackened edge by the wall on each of the steps on the stairs). Friendly, fast and nice done. Worked from 330−5pm on Friday and by Saturday morning they were fully dry which seemed pretty fast to me.

Look no further, John Glover gave moms off white carpets that looked grey a new lease on life, even the high traffic area not to mention the «accidents» her cat makes. John explained how his cleaner would affect the PH on many stains and what we could expect as a result. He first looked at the stains and was «right on» as to what they were, he truly knows his stuff. Mom had her carpets cleaned about 10 years ago and was so unhappy by the results and the worker, i doubted we could get anyone to please her, as they say if momma ain’t happy, ain’t no one happy. John is a professional and hard working man and it was our pleasure to meet him, i have him on my iphone calendar for same time next year.

The best carpet cleaner ever. John personally cleaned my carpets and then on a separate occasion cleaned my couch. He was courteous and professional. He even cleaned an area of carpet I hadn’t asked him to for free. I really appreciated that he called before he came so I could leave work and meet him at my home.

Asked this guy for an estimate. He couldn’t make it when I wanted, so I said I would pencil him in, and get back to him. When I called to cancel, he got angry and told me he had 5 kids to feed, and then, laughably, said he was going to charge me a cancellation fee of $ 129 (for a penciled in estimate). This guy is a pompous jerk. Would never do business with him.

John Glover has to be one of the most sincere and respected carpet cleaners in the East Bay. His attention to detail and genuine concern about the condition of our materials is refreshing and welcomed when he gives insight on how to extend our flooring and furniture for additional years. I have spoken with acquaintances that I learn have used Glovers and they have the same great opinion so he is doing something right… he will definitely be the last carpet and upholstery you will call… simply the best!
