Established in 2005.

I have been in the carpet and upholstery cleaning business for about 15 years. In 2005 I decided to start Maximum Carpet Cleaning. It has been a wonderful experience. I truly believe I have some of the best clients any business owner could ever ask for. I am an I.I.C.R.C Certified Firm as well as a Certified Master Textile Cleaner, we are also very proud to say we are a Diamond Certified Firm! I take great pride in the knowledge I have obtained through these certification courses. I am also required to obtain continuing education credits annually. Which means I stay current on the most effective ways of maintaining todays advanced textiles. I am also up to date on the manufacturers warranty requirements which means I can handle any issue without voiding your warranty. I am reccomended by all carpet manufacturers. I live in Concord with my Wife and our two sons. Both of my sons are now going to College. Both attended Clayton Valley High School, PineHollow Middle School and Ayers Elementary. My family and I moved to Concord in 2001 to give our boys a better childhood. This was a great decision and we truly enjoy living here. Me and my sons enjoy riding dirt bikes and camping. We are out riding somewhere 3 or 4 times a month. This is a great hobby because we can do it together. We enjoy doing things together as a family. We try our best to get as much fun out of life as we can.

I was recommended Dave come clean my carpets by a meticulous co-​worker of mine. My co-​worker was correct; Dave’s great! They’ve cleaned our carpet and couch for several years. Dave doesn’t just own a carpet cleaning machine; he’s extremely educated in the proper procedures for cleaning carpet correctly.

We had a minor water leak at our office, killed the carpets. Got three bids about all the same maximum was local and diamond certified so we choose them. We needed special service (Saturday work) and help moving a small amount of furniture. These guys did a great job and crushed it quick. Very happy with our clean new carpets. I would recommend them to anyone.

I won a gift certificate from a local fire department golf tournament raffle that Maximum Carpet donated. I completely forgot about it, won it a couple years ago and when I found it I called them to see if they would still honor it. I didn’t expect them to, but they did! I spoke to the owner’s wife who set up the appointment. Dave, the owner showed up on time, explained very thoroughly what he was going to do, and my carpets look beautiful! I have him coming back to do my couches, and i find his prices to be very reasonable.

However, I updated to 4 stars as I truly believe this company went above and beyond when they became aware of my dissatisfaction via Unilocal.You can see their note below mine which was also sent via mail to my home. Like I said before, their quality was great and the professionalism would be hard to beat. I’m still not a huge fan of the pricing which is why only 4 stars. However, I rated harshly before with 2 stars.
My husband and I decided to rip out the carpet downstairs as keeping it clean was a royal pain so the bulk of my carpet is gone. That is the only unfortunate reason why I will not be taking up their offer to re-​clean my carpets, as I now have very little of it. I am thankful for the offer, though, and consider Maximum Carpet Cleaning’s customer service to be above the rest!***
As far as quality and professionalism go, I’d say they earn 5 stars. They were prompt and the carpets looked great afterward. The owner has a lot of pride in the work he does and it’s obvious he is well educated about carpets (just ask him about yours!).
So why 2 stars? My goodness, the price is outrageous. Somehow in my desperation I hired them at a promo price to clean my living room (about 250 sq ft of carpet), couch, and love seat for about $ 250. Like I said, they did a good job, were prompt and professional and even left me with a bottle of amazing spot cleaner… but when I called for them to come again to clean only the carpet they wanted $ 350. WHAT??? That’s a car payment. That’s 1.5 months of tuition for my daughters preschool. Needless to say, I could think of a million things worth $ 350 but cleaning my living room carpets is not one of them.
I wanted to like them, really I did. But it always comes down to money and I can’t stand being ripped off. I’m not going to feed your entire family for two weeks in exchange for clean carpets in my tiny condo living room. Sorry!
On a side note, a family friend referred me to a gentlemen who is retired who charged me $ 100 for my whole 1200 sq ft condo. Fantastic price, personable and friendly service, and I really felt like this guy worked for his earnings… not charged up the wazoo for a living.

Does a great job everytime. Trust worthy, honest, upfront pricing, though somewhat expensive. The owner does excellent carpet cleaning and stain removal — totally worth the price. Have tried many other carpet cleaning services in the past but MAXIMUM CARPET CELANING for sure is THE BEST.

I’ve used this company 3 times and love it! Dave, the owner, does the cleaning himself. He’s really knowledgeable about carpets and stains and takes the time to find out what kind of stain it is and usually he can get rid of it (except hair color, don’t drip hair color on the carpet).
