You have got to be kidding me. I only asked for the screen to be fixed. They return it to me with a different color screen «because they ran out of stock in black» and then my thumb scanner doesn’t work. They promised 20 minutes but took two hours of my time and did nothing but break my home button. Do not go here.

Lies on the face. Very very bad service. So this guy is taking a part out of another broken phone and replacing the part on my phone right in front of me. I ask him if he is going to use that part and he lies saying it is a new part. After that it does not work still.
Absolutely waste of time and a big liar. Got to be careful using this service.

Wow! Just walked up and gave them my wife’s IPhone to get the screen fixed so we can trade it in. I was told it will be about 20 min. Walked around for about 45 min showed back up and surprise she just realized the phone isn’t working the same way I gave it to her. It will take another 20 min. OK we walk of and behold the dude working with her won’t help and they try to just hand it back now broken. I am trying support her as she is cussing at the other guy for help. Wow! I WOULD NOT SEND ANYONE HERE!!!

Needed my 4s screen replaced so I could turn it in with AT&T for a credit. (Upgraded to a iPhone 6 last week)
My tech was Frank. He serviced and repaired a gals phone who arrived after I did. (and who left to shop, while I’m here waiting)
Quoted 30 minutes for the repair and it took much longer. (still waiting at the kiosk I will put the final time in at the end). The gals phone is done and now starting on mine 20 minutes later!
Customer service is a joke.
Another worker just arrived and they seem more interested in social time than in doing business.
Frank is now facebook-​ing on his phone and the other employee is working on mine.
Finally done!

After my third trip here I am raising my review to 5 stars. While none of my trips here have been perfect Victor has always gone out of his way to treat me right. I appreciate his efforts.

Fast repair of my iPhone 5s broken glass and home button. Heather was very helpful, and very skilled. A slight scratch in the frame but a protective case will hide it. I was quoted 20 minutes for the repair but I gave it extra time and it was ready when I came back. I will come back the next time I smash up my phone.

Where do I start! Worst place to ever repair your iPhone. I got my cracked screen replaced here about a year ago. Couple months later the screen popped out. They charged us $ 108 to replace the screen again even after so much fuss. Few months later same problem. Went back and said there is nothing they can do. They use the cheapest products and never do the job well. Do yourselves a favor and never go to this place. They are rude and unhelpful. Be smart and take it back to the Apple store!

I forgot to mention that during the process, the corners of my phone were extremely scratched due to their continual lifting of the screen with a thin razor blade.
Also during the process I said if I knew this was going to be such a problem I would’ve just taken it directly to apple for a replacement for $ 269 and he retaliated saying they wouldn’t do anything about he bent frame to discourage me from going to apple and just staying there. I ended up taking my phone to apple a couple days later and they replaced my entire phone for FREE.
However, if you have a crack screen I would highly recommend taking it else where (such as Radio Shack). Spend the extra money to get your device fixed properly with a warranty in case things go wrong later on.
Side note: I took it to Radio Shack before going to Apple and they gave me a free diagnostic. They took apart my phone to check for any internal damage and during the reassembly my phone magically worked again.
Also, I talked to a friend who used to work here and he said they’ll do anything to hike up the price of the repair. Which they did to me with the home and lock button which ended up useless because the guy from Radio Shack said there was no way for the Touch ID feature to work again…

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
One of the employees is using his own screens to do repairs on the side and taking the money from the owner!!!
I had my iPhone screen repaired a month or 2 ago at iGeek Repair, and then a couple days ago my touchscreen started acting up. So I took it back to that place to ask them to fix it. I didn’t drop it or do anything to cause the problem so I thought maybe they would fix it for free. When they checked the computer for my account, they said I don’t exist. They said there is no record of me ever having any repairs there. So after insisting that I for sure did, they opened my phone to look for their company symbol embroidered on the inside of the screen. It wasn’t there! Which means one of their employees must have did it on his own on the side, taking my money! I even recognized one of the men and was pretty sure he was the one who did the repair and when the owner asked him if he recognized me, the guy said no! Liar!
So I went to Apple to see how much it would cost to repair it, they said they cant touch it once its been serviced somewhere else so I was pretty much just screwed!
Stick with Apple people. Not worth the risk to save a few bucks!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
They cut something in my phone, while replacing the screen and then my phone wouldn’t stay charged and took about 6 hours to recharge.
I complained to the owner and he basically told me I’m dumb and that’s impossible. I took my phone to AT&T and Apple and they confirmed he cut a wire and my phone was unfixable!
I paid $ 141.70 to «fix» my screen and he broke my phone!!! He won’t refund my money and I had to pay over $ 600 (!!!) for a new phone!!!
If you’ve used this place I suggest you call the mall management office and complain 925−463−2778. I’m also filing a complaint at the Better Business Bureau.

Quick iPod screen repair for a decent price. Something about it was low quality though. Wish I had known about the Unilocal check-​in deal before I had gotten it fixed. 10% off with a check-​in. Anyhow, the screen went all white after about three weeks… not sure if it was a shitty repair or shitty parts. Anyhow the fix only lasted a few weeks. I’ll try a different kiosk next time around.

Fixed my cracked screen in no time! I was so upset when I cracked my screen after only having my phone for a month. When I called apple they told me it would cost $ 249 because they swap out the whole phone.
I found geekirepair right across from the apple store and they did it for a great price! Friendly people and great customer service! Thank you!

TODAY I went here ALREADY knowing exactly what was wrong with my iPhone since I had resolved the same issue at a much better kiosk that is unfortunately no longer there… When they fixed it, it was so simple that the guy didn’t even charge me!
But then today I was forced to settle for this place…
I explained the «experts» here why my screen went black after I dropped it and I explained what needed to be done, since I had already had this happen to me. These jokes insisted that the problem was actually something else and that it would cost me $ 80 bucks to resolve it. I tried to explain it to them again and they just continued to speak me as if I were a dumb-​ass, all 3 of them. I left.
I went home and got on youtube. I took the iPhone apart and found the piece that needed to get clicked back in to make the screen work again. Took me not even 10 minutes.
These jokes who run this kiosk in front of the apple store are unprofessional and rude. But let’s be honest, how pro do you have to be to work at a kiosk?
If you like getting ripped off, then come here. I can only imagine how much BS they feed to people in order to get more money out of them.
I saved $ 80 bucks today by not giving into their bull.

GeekiRepair was very professional and affordable. With my broken pad screen, I feared the worst, and they put né at ease telling me that the repair (Apple quoted me $ 299 to do) would take an hour and would be very affordable.
I picked up my ipad after running some errands, and their staff added a free screen protector. I would recommend their services to anyone on a budget, and looking for an excellent value.

As I walked to the Geek irepair with my pathetic thing I called a phone in my pocket, I was greeted with a friendly welcome and how can I help you this eased my nerves alot. I had checked out the other screen repair shop in the mall near Starbucks and felt the man had not only been unfriendly but never gave me a second of eye contact. This man, Victor, was extremely helpful, quick, and inexpensive. After only 30 minutes, my phone screen was not only fixed but clean and shiny as well. Victor made this experience great and made me feel confident that I wouldn’t have to worry about glitches or anything I feared. Its been almost two days now and my phone looks better than new!
They had great customer service, a great product, at a convenient price and wait time.

The Apple Store was unwilling to diagnose our iPhone 4S because we had attempted to service it ourselves. We went to Victor’s Geek i Repair, who gave us a reasonable quote. Apparently we had damaged the phone beyond repair and Victor ultimately could not fix it, but what really stood out was his knack and passion for working with electronics. When a simple screen swap did not do the job, Victor was genuinely excited to investigate deeper, even to suggest we let him hold onto the phone overnight so he can try more things. Normally I would’ve been uncomfortable to leave valuables with a stranger without some form of insurance or collateral, but I could tell Victor genuinely wanted to get to the root of the issue.
We came back the next day to pick up our iPhone. He was not able to fix it and did not ask for any compensation.
