Our last 2 visits have resulted in charges on our bills that we were explicitly told would not occur, for both U-Verse and wireless. AT&T employees routinely misrepresent what charges will actually show up on your bill. I had to go into store to twice to get these issues resolved. They are wasting my time. I also had a quote for $ 80 to trade in my old phone but when i brought it in they told me they could only give me $ 75 I would change providers if there was a bigger difference in cost.

I came in today with my 2 girls who recently purchased a smartphone at the Livermore office. Walking in this store, I wasn’t sure if they would be able to help us. We were greeted warmly knowing we weren’t going to buy anything. With good listening skills and very attentive to our needs, within minutes, they were able to figure out what was wrong with my daughter’s phone. You saved us a trip to Livermore. This is why we keep continuing to have At&t as our cell phone provider… because of service like you have shown us today. Thank you Pam & Ashley!

I just want to commend the sales associate, Patrick C. at this At & t location for his professionalism and courtesy. My husband and I approached him with a bunch of questions about switching from Verizon and comparing between two carriers plans, specifically concerning overall and monthly charges. Patrick took time to explain and answer all our questions plus areas we weren’t aware of, so bottom line, helped us greatly to make the right decision. We really appreciate his help and patience. Now, that’s what I call customer service!
