The best place to repair your phone. I had few bad experience repairing my devices in other places that wasn’t as professional and fast as Fix N Go place in Stoneridge mall.

This place is awesome I called ahead of time and asked for a quote and the guy gave me a very competitive quote plus he reassured me a15−20 minute wait. Super quick service for a cracked screens and the guy doing the work, nick was highly knowledgable.

Very fast job and quality screen but for some reason ever since I replaced the screen it’s been sensitive and when I’m on the phone my cheek presses the mute and speaker button and numbers. Very annoying I don’t know how to get it to stop lol. I might have to get a new phone because I can’t live like this. It’s ghetto haha. Beeeep.bee.beeep Boss B*tch! Don’t walk around w. a broke phone replace it for $ 140.

Adam did an excellent job today replacing my broken iPhone 5S screen. The phone was in working condition, just needed a new screen, and was a little dented on the corner from the last fall. He said he’d replace the screen and give me a new anti-​glare screen protector as well. About 30 minutes later (he said 20 but was sidetracked a few times by other customers coming up to inquire — a good sign) I had a phone in better shape than I expected. The phone looks almost brand new, the screen is perfect, the cover is super clear, and he even smoothed out the dents a little bit also. Well worth the money and can’t beat the convenience. Highly recommended for anyone in despair over a cracked screen,

I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. The screen was so bad that I needed to get it fixed, but I didn’t want to spend over $ 100.
I brought my iPhone 5s to Fix n Go and it was only $ 90! The guy said that it would take half an hour, but he finished way before that, which was great!
*NOT ONLY was the screen good as new, but the camera quality is so much better (Better when I actually first bought the phone)!Overall, the guy was very friendly, fast, and amazing at his job. DEFINITELY recommend this place!

Brought my iPhone 6 in at 1:10pm to have the broken screen replaced and was out of there with a new screen by 1:30pm. 20 minutes!
I don’t want to give the price I paid, but I will say it was $ 15 cheaper than the competition a few kiosks over.
The gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly and seemed to truly care about my experience.

FRAUD FRAUD!!! Can you give 0 stars because I would love to. I got my phone fixed here because Apple Store was super crowded. I shattered my iPhone 6+ (mind you when it was shattered it worked perfectly fine). A guy named Adam who knows if that’s his real name it’s just what’s on the card fixed my phone. After finishing another guy walked me to the kiosk and had me pay 150 and at the bottom of my receipt wrote 90 day warranty and said covered everything but damage to the screen. GREAT! A week later I could no longer type anything on my screen it didn’t work anymore. It would come on but no matter how many times I pressed on it nothing would happen. To top it off the screen began to come apart on the sides. I took it back with my receipt the same guy who fixed my phone said I damaged it. After I repeatedly told him I did nothing to the phone he told me I had two options. Either pay for a new screen or call customer support on this business card. WHAT A JOKE! The number went straight to a voicemail. After arguing with him he called mall security and told them they don’t do warranties so there was nothing he could do. BUT THE GUY WROTE IT AT THE BOTTOM OF MY RECEIPT! I am currently working with mall security to try and have this booth removed THEY ARE FRAUD. Nobody could possibly be certified.

Shattered my iPhone 6 screen and would have had to use and lose my insurance because this is the 2^nd time I dropped it in 6 months.
Walked in to the mall and immediately saw this stand — read the reviews and Nick was very accommodating. Took him no more than 10 mins to fix — quick, helpful and professional. Even threw in a screen protector! Made the phone look brand new in mins, saved me money with a 90 day warranty.
Hopefully I don’t drop my phone again but if I do — I know where to «Fix n Go!»

I was so mad that my iPhone 6 cracked. The broken screen was horrible! All the class were falling apart and the least i want to happen next was water going into the screen. So I went a to a few Apple Store «Berkeley, walnut creek, Dublin» and they were able to diagnose it but they didn’t have time to fix it because I didn’t have an appointment. I walked out and saw a few stands that fixes the screen but something pulled me to fix n go. And I was glad I went there and Adam was able to help me! He was such an amazing guy! He fixed the screen so fast and we were able to make a few jokes and had a whole conversation! He was funny and helpful! After he had fix my screen I left happy! There was a problem that one of my wires were loose I brought it back and he fixed it within 2 – 5 minutes! I will

HORRIBLE. If you’re thinking of coming here. DON’T. Amazing, fabulous? I highly disagree. I came here about a week ago to get my screen replace. Yes, I was very happy with how fast that they were able to help but if I would have known that 5 days later my screen would be messed up I would have not paid a cent for the repair.
I went to the stand and was greeted with alright customer service but as soon as the person I spoke to asked another coworker to start the repair, he was very rude and looked like he didn’t want to do it. When I came back I noticed my camera was not clear at all so I asked them if they could take a look at it and he said it was going to charge another $ 35 just to try to fix it. Another $ 35 on top of already $ 140? No thanks.
Once 5 days passed, I woke up and my phone was black with white lights. I did not drop my phone, it was on my nightstand and that’s all. I went back to try to get it fixed again, thinking that they would be kind enough to fix it for me seeing that I did nothing wrong to it.
When I walked up to the stand at the mall someone else was already talking to the guy there. I overheard and he was basically explaining to him the same thing that happened to me only it happened to him within only a day. Coincidence? I don’t think so. The guy at the stand (I’m very upset that I didn’t get his name) was not understanding at all. He kept saying it was a physical damage but I repeatedly told him it was not and all he kept saying was that I would need to pay another $ 140 to replace the screen again… All i thought to myself at that point was «For what? To get another cheap screen that wont work? No, thanks.» He explained that there wasn’t any warranty that covered physical damage (but my damage was not physical). He never explained to me when I fixed it the first time.
Honestly if you are trying to get your screen fixed just do not come here. They are horrible and rude and try to trick and persuade you into fixing it with them because it is «fast» repair.
Now I am stuck with having to buy a new phone because I will not go with them again to fix it and since I did not go to Apple in the first place they will cannot replace my screen since it was already fixed with an outside source. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would but I am forced to give them at least 1 star.

I went to fix n go in the mall and my phone was fixed in 10 minutes looked good as new!
They were out of white iPhone 6 screens, but they offered a black one!
My phone is now one of a kind.

This place is the ONLY place you should get your phone fixed at.
I dropped my phone the night before and because I use my phone for work, it HAD to be fixed ASAP! I called a place and they said they were only free late at night.
Another Kiosk i passed did not have a 5c screen so I went to this kiosk.
Immediately Nick was able to help me and have it fixed within 20 minutes. Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and also had the best prices!
Don’t make a mistake and go anywhere else!
