Service was really great — The team of Jennifer, Denise, and Michele were outstanding. It’s not common that 3 people can manage your account and you don’t feel like someone is not up to speed.
The team met with us on weekends or as needed and worked smoothly with our buyer’s agent, the builder, and even helped us manage the only piece of the puzzle that was a little slow — The Lender — Well’s Fargo. It was easy to communicate with them over the phone or via email.
This group was also very understanding to our cultural and traditional values and customs and worked to complete significant parts of the process during auspicious times and days of the week. Just an example of the extra step they went to help us first time home buyers feel comfortable with such an important purchase.

The service here was fantastic. I am a first time home buyer and Jim took his time to walk me through the steps and encouraged me to ask questions as we went though the home buying process. I really appreciate the service and the staff’s’ willingness to educate me in my first home purchase.
Also, I was about 30min late to a meeting. I gave First American Title a call, and they said no problem. Upon arriving, they offered me coffee then walked through the bundles of papers. I love these little touches. Home buying was easy with them. I would do business again with these guys.
