History
Established in 2006.
I have been involved with income tax preparation since the mid 1980’s when President Ronald Regan implemented the now famous Tax Reform Act of 1986, the last complete rewrite of our Tax Code.
Throughout my career in taxes I have worked for local tax companies in the Tricity and Trivalley areas in the East Bay.
Further, I have been employed by the Internal Revenue Service in the Taxpayer Service Department where I assisted the general public in a variety of ways, primarily helping them understand the Internal Revenue Code so they could complete their tax filing obligation correctly and timely.
Lastly, since 2006, I have been involved with my own growing business, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience as it allows me to talk about taxes to my clients at a time when they actually want to listen!

Business Owner
My passion for taxes is exceeded only by my desire to ensure none of my clients pay more in income taxes than they are legally obligated.
I became an Enrolled Agent in 2007, which is a license issued by the IRS attesting to the fact I studied for and passed a rather rigorous exam offered by the Department of the Treasury.
When it comes to representing taxpayers before the IRS, an Enrolled Agent is categorized with attorneys and certified public accountants (CPA’s) in their abilities to speak on the clients behalf if the client chooses not to meet with the IRS.
In 2011 I completed the three part National Tax Practice Institute offered by the National Association of Enrolled Agents and now hold the title of Practicing Fellow. This program is the Ivy League of learning the ins and outs of dealing with the IRS.
