I have worked with a variety of people throughout the years, from teenagers to 84 yrs old, each with their unique goals.
I love working with people that are completely new to exercise, or have had a long lay off from physical activity and need that accountability.

History
Established in 2006.
I’ve been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 13 years. Shortly after graduating from SDSU with a BS in Kinesiology, I began working for an established personal trainer at her own private fitness studio in Ocean Beach. 3 years later, with a dream and vision in mind, I moved back up to the bay to start my own in-home training business. With much success over the years, I continue to design unique programs for my clients in or out of their homes based on their individual goals. I keep my ACE Certification current by attending live workshops every year, staying updated with fitness trends. My belief is that exercise should be FUN, not something you dread doing. My wish is for everyone to understand life balance, and how good it feels to be healthy and fit!

I believe exercise, proper nutrition, and stress management are the natural remedies to enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle. Personal training, to me, is more than just getting great workouts. It’s connecting with a person on a spiritual level, and helping them reach their full potential. Being an athlete most of my life, I understand how important it is to work together as a team to accomplish fitness goals and achieve great results. I enjoy competing in swimming and running, and swim with Tri-Valley Masters, a year round swimteam in Pleasanton. During college, I rowed for two years with the SDSU Women’s Division 1 Crew team.
