Oh my god! I can’t explain enough how amazing these guys were! They took the most beautiful pictures of us for our engagement photos! They were fun, super chill, artistic and just AMAZING! Thank you so much guys for a great experience, the best photos and just so much fun! Also, they got us our pictures in like a day, cuz they knew we wanted to use them on our invites! They were the best ever! Thanks guys!

We are so lucky to have had Alex and his team as our wedding photographers. I had never met Alex until our rehearsal night, but from our conversations on the phone from day one to emails with suggestions/​tips, and his professionalism, I felt comfortable and was able to trust in his talent and skills. He is a genuinely «good guy» with sincere concerns. He saw that I was stressed the night before, but all those worries seemed to melt away on the wedding day, like he said. We had a bridesmaid dilemma within one hour of the ceremony; her zipper was stuck and would not zip up. After my dad and the other bridesmaids teamed up to help without much success, Alex saved the day by calling the local bridal store, J’aime Bridal. We didn’t even buy our dresses there, but within 15 minutes, the bridesmaid walked out of the shop with her dress on and a brand new zipper sown in. Miraculous!!! And we have Alex to thank! He and his crew were so much fun and we felt at ease during the brief photo shoot (per our request). Thankfully, he was very accommodating with our timeline, as well. We, our friends and family had a wonderful time that day, and have enjoyed his blog narrative and photos so far. We cannot wait to see the rest of his work and re-​live that day. I strongly recommend Alex Win Photography and would not hesitate to have photos done by him in the future ;-)

Before I give my raving review of Alex, I should first say I’m actually a competitor. I should be giving him a bad review! But I can’t because Alex is an amazing photographer and perhaps one of the nicest guys I’ve recently come to know. You see, just a day after my father passed away, Alex helped me cover a wedding and pretty much took over important shots when I was simply unable to focus. He showed care and concern for not only me, but also my clients. Thanks Alex! Brides: he’s your guy for capturing the most important day of your lives.

Our experience with Alex was nothing short of amazing. If all of the wedding vendors could be like Alex, wedding planning would be so much easier. From the time we contacted him for the first time, Alex has always been patient and prompt in responding to all of our questions. He was very clear when explaining the scope of his services while being very flexible during the entire process. Our engagement session in SF was in itself an adventure he was glad to be part of. Having never taken photos like this before, he made us feel comfortable and made the day fun; we were also able to get to know each other and that gave us a huge relief for the wedding day. He understood how eager we were to see our pictures and surprised us with amazing teasers while he worked on getting all our engagement pictures ready. He also worked with us on the delivery timing so we could use some of them for our «save the date.» He kept in touch with us throughout and checked in to see what he could do for the wedding day. Everything we asked, they were done. On our wedding day, Alex and his team arrived early and super energized, with huge smiles. By then, we were super comfortable with him and were very pleased to meet his team who were just as kind and accommodating as Alex. They made our wedding night enjoyable and were always checking on how they could make us enjoy our wedding. We received our final pictures and videos in a timely manner and are so happy with the quality and the memories they were able to capture. We will be forever grateful to Alex and his team for capturing and being part of these special times in our lives.

I couldn’t be more happy with my engagement photos and our wedding. He listened to everything I wanted and made it happen. We have worked with Alex twice now, the most recent was a phot shoot which included family pics and pictures of my daughters. He was patient with the wardrobe changes, really easy to work with and my husband & kids had a great time doing a not so favorite thing to do. We love the pictures and can’t wait to update our walls & albums! I would recommend Alex to anyone needing to update pictures or for an event!

We were at the beach with a group of models and other photographers. My daughter is just starting out in modeling and is in the process of building up her portfolio. We were running out of time but Alex was able to snap a few photos of her. He was very professional and was able to snap a few AMAZING photos of her. I would highly recommend Alex. Alex did a great job of taking photos of our family. He was organized, well prepared and ready to shoot photos! My daughters listened to him and we got some good family shots to choice from. He got my cd prepared and shots on line within a week and I really enjoyed my experience.

Alex did an amazing job on me and my fiancés engagement photos! It was our first time doing any type of photo shoot and he gave us excellent direction. He was very organized, knowledgable and knew exactly what he was doing. He had so many great ideas and was also open to suggestions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. It is with my highest accolades that I wish to acknowledge the work of Alex Win. I am a healthcare professional at Stanford Hospital and suffered a series of more than 27 strokes to the right side of my brain just after my 45^th birthday. My prognosis was uncertain at best, so my fiancé and I decided to get married much sooner than anticipated. I planned my wedding in a matter of weeks and then realized I forgot to hire a photographer. I was frantic and unimpressed with what was available in Stanford until I came across Alex Win’s photographs. There was something ethereal and dreamy about his work. Instead of people lined up, I saw human beings revealing a range of honest emotion. His ability to capture a profound moment was exactly what I wanted.
I called Alex Win on Thursday, my wedding was on that Sunday, and I was certain as soon as I spoke with him that it was destined to be. He was calming, and he wholeheartedly listened to my very detailed requests regarding the story I wanted told in my wedding photos. Alex Win put his whole soul into my very meaningful celebration of life, love, and the moment.
I must acknowledge Alex Win’s consummate professionalism and the fact that he went far above and beyond for my husband and I. Alex Win, without exception, showed great kindness, consideration, and empathy. He displayed a sweet demeanor, and patience that was impressive by any standard. I marvel at his «people skills». That having been expressed, I am mostly in awe of the warmth that he conducted himself with during all of my phone calls and emails. Even weeks after the ceremony he was more than generous with his time, answering all of my questions and making constant changes to my photo choices since they were all outstanding and I kept changing my mind.
I was honored to have had the exceptional Alex Win as my wedding photographer. Alex was our photographer when we got married at the San Francisco City Hall last year. It was a full day affair, beginning with picking up our marriage license to the actual ceremony and ending with outdoor shots at two different locations.
During the few hours before ceremony, Alex took photos of us in the city hall, which turned out absolutely amazing. He really knew how to capture the best angles and moments. For the outdoor shots, we first went to the San Francisco Japanese Garden, followed by the Palace of Fine Arts. Alex was super patient with us even though it has already been more than eight hours by then.
Alex definitely made that day special for us, and we now have gorgeous photos to remember it by thanks to him.
