Jessica is a real life saver! During our first month home with our little one, Jessica was an invaluable resource for issues with breastfeeding and answered all of our childcare questions with patience and good humor. Having such a knowledgeable resource come out to our home gave us the confidence to tackle all of the challenges that caring for our infant entailed. Jessica showed us how to bathe a tiny human without fear and how to swaddle like a pro. At the height of sleep deprivation, we brought Jessica in to watch over our little one at night on a few occasions. We slept for the first time in weeks, knowing that our son was in good hands. In those early few weeks, I cannot stress how helpful and reassuring it was to bring Jessica into our home. Highly recommended!

I recommend that every new Mom get a doula to help them a couple of times per week through the first month. Having Jessica, who is an experienced mom herself, around especially for the first few nights home from the hospital provided not only comfort, but also a some sleep. I had a hard time nursing in the beginning and Jessica stayed up with me the second night from the hospital bring me hot compresses and helping me though an emotional time. Jessica even came to our rescue at the last minute one night to help my husband and I when we got the flu and our baby had a cold. We highly recommend Jessica as a caring, responsive doula.

Jessica is truly amazing! My daughter loves her — literally lights up when she sees her. She came to our rescue when our original doula cancelled at the last minute. Jessica helped us out when we arrived home from the hospital — answering questions, showing us how to bath our daughter, helping get the nursery streamlined now that we had the little one actually at our house. She is the person I trust most with my daughter(outside of my husband, of course) because she is so calm and nurturing. She also was super helpful as I was trying to get the hang of breastfeeding. She worked alongside the lactation consultant to support and encourage me and taught me how to breastfeed lying down which was very helpful for a mom with a sore bum. She’s a gem!

Jessica has helped my wife and I with our newborn and she’s been great. Very responsive, helpful with recommendations for products to use, techniques for caring for our baby — and she’s also a lactation consultant so it’s been great to get her help on that front as well. We recommend her.
