The staff were nice enough and worked to get my paperwork transferred from Pittsburg to their store. Partway through the process, the lady pulled out my lost Drivers License from like 4 months ago. I thought I had lost it and spent 27 $ and hours of searching when they had it all the time. They had my name on the license and all my info and never called me to say they had it. I see that as kind of bad customer service. At lease I have a backup license now.
