Best dentist ever! They know I have anxiety and they don’t treat me like a crazy person. They are always super nice and easy to talk with. So glad I found them!

I love California Smile! Their offices are clean, the entire staff is also friendly and welcoming! I’ve been seeing Dr. Thuy for over two years. She is an excellent dentist with great bedside manners. She is thorough and genuinely cares to get the job just perfect. She never tries to upsell you anything is also very sweet mannered. I don’t trust anyone else with my teeth. Go see Dr. Thuy :)

California Smile is an excellent practice. The entire stuff is always helpful and friendly. They been taking care of my teeth for over a year and I never had any problems. I always enjoy my 6 months cleanings and check ups and how thorough Dr. Son always is. My teeth always feel squeeky clean when I leave the office. I have found my lifetime dentist and will continue to recommend my Co workers, friends and family to California Smile.

Just finished my root canal here. It’s been a few weeks and my tooth is not in pain anymore.

This is my second time coming here for a cleaning and I’d like to say that I would come back for my third. The doctors here are extremely helpful and patient. They are also warm and welcoming, which makes me feel right at home.

I’ve been going here for over 5 years and they are great. They are very thorough with teeth cleaning and I get out of there feeling excellent about my teeth. Dr Pham takes time to get to know you and really is concerned about the health of your teeth.

I’ve had such great experiences with this dental office I wanted others to know about it. A friend recommended the place for a dental cleaning, which was considerably less than I’d been paying in San Francisco (where I used to live), and was done by the dentist, Sonn Pham. It was the most thorough, best cleaning I’ve ever had. Usually, a new patient is an opportunity for a dentist to find things wrong, but after a thorough examination, he declared that I didn’t need to return till my next cleaning. Since then, I needed a replacement crown (mine was pulled off by a sticky caramel), and Dr. Sonn was able to use the old one (thus saving me a lot of money). If he’d said I needed a new one, I don’t think I’d have known the difference, but obviously, this is an honest office. He’s also seen me after 5 p.m. when I needed emergency attention, and not charged for the visit. I can’t say enough nice things about him, his friendly staff, his fair prices, and his clean, well-​appointed office.

Some of the nicest and most patient team. There is always a friendly reminder of an appointment and they never leave you waiting! Honest prices, great service. They were able to straighten my stubborn teeth!!! I highly recommend.

I came here last week for my first visit and it was okay. The bedside manner of the dentist and dental assistant was nice but I get the feeling like they are gouging me for my money through the insurance. They already scheduled me for all of these treatments which I feel like they are really trying to max out my dollars to get from my insurance company. I know times are tough but goodness gracious.
I do know I need one filling but the rest, I am not so sure. I hope it doesnt turn into a root canal.
Will update after my work is done in February to see if at least it was all worth it.

I was tired of looking at photos of myself with my front teeth so crooked, so I went to California Smiles to talk about Invisalign. They had MUCH better prices than the other dentist I went to, and were very open to talking with me about the process. They got a video of how my teeth would move during my treatment, and worked closely with me to make it just perfect.
I have been very happy with the work done by the folks at California Smile, and I feel much better when I see pictures of myself with a much better smile. I would recommend California Smile to anyone who has concerns about their smile.

Dr. Son, Dr. Thuy, and his staffs are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Son did my invisilign and I was absolutely thrilled with the result. He explained everything clearly which I really enjoyed. My cleanings were mostly done by Dr. Thuy; she is great and my teeth felt extremely clean after each cleaning.

I liked my experience there. The dentist there is really patient and nice. They always have appointments in the same week you call. The wait is minimum. The price is great!

I’m surprised by the review from Todd Y. I am currently an Invisalign patient with California Smile and the staff has been very attentive to my needs and dental health. The staff is extremely professional and I am very happy with the service and results I have received so far. I’ll be finished with my Invisalign by June and maybe California Smile will earn the fifth star.
Other than my commute to the dentist office everything is excellent with this dental office. Plenty of parking and very prompt with appointment schedules.

wow, Todd sounds like he has an extremely low threshold for well, normal procedures. Maybe he should have his mama brush his teeth.
I have been going to this dentist for over a year and have NEVER had any discomfort there. In fact, his review is totally misleading and a shame because CA Smile is really a wonderful dental practice.
Dr Pham and his staff are extremely professional, very personable and acutely aware of my needs during any procedure.
I always think people who write these reviews must be affiliated with the business, but I assure you, I am not whatsoever, except to have had the BEST experience during my year of receiving Invisalign… The doctor insists on perfection and my treatment will be over in about two months! Already it was the best decision I ever made. My teeth look awesome. (They have a great deal on Invisalign, btw)

I went here 6 months ago to get my regular exam/​cleaning/​x-​ray. I am not insured, so I decided to try CA Smile because of a coupon for $ 59 cleaning and X-​ray.
I will get straight to the point. CA smile gave me the absolute most painful teeth cleaning I have ever received in my 25 years of existance. I have no dental problems and take regular care of my teeth, so I wasn’t expecting this level of pain for a cleaning. They used a water jet cleaner which I have had before on two previous occasions from other dentists. Unfortunately the lady performing the cleaning just didn’t take care in aiming at the gum/​tooth line. I told her half way though that It was extremely painful and I wasn’t sure If I could continue. She said it was on the water jet was on its lowest intensity level.
Not only was the cleaning painful but she decided to floss my sore gums afterwards with no care. Anybody who flosses their own gums knows that you wiggle the floss to get through tight teeth. She decided that pushing the floss straight to the gums was best and proceeded to push hard even after it made it to the gums.
No cavities and the teeth were cleaned. But even for the price of $ 59 I will never go back… EVER.
