We also offer Sports and Pain Management Massage Therapy. Studies show the benefits of massage demonstrate it is an effective treatment for improving muscle flexibility and range of motion, relaxing and reducing muscle tension, managing pain, increasing circulation, decreasing stress, and lowering blood pressure.
