Easy and quick process. Did not have to wait long. Friendly staff.
Doctor received my X-​rays quickly and called me back the next day.

I have had two MRIs here and was extremely pleased with the quality of service received. They get you in quick and make the whole process very easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

I went in there today for some x-​rays very pleased with the service. The young lady that was doing the x-​rays was very friendly and great conversation. I would recommend this place. I will be going back.

Easy process, checked in, taken back promptly, treated well, and called ahead of time with expected expense per my insurance. As imaging goes, this was very easy.

I was in Dallas over the holidays and had a minor health issue that required I get an ultrasound. I was able to get an appointment the morning after my doctor visit. The office gals were friendly, efficient and timely. I filled out a bit of paperwork and then got right in to see the technician. She was friendly and got me on my way in about 15 minutes. Great job Gateway!

I had a comfortable time in the waiting room. I was nervous but was calmed by the technician answering all my questions durring the procedure. I hope my health improves so I do not have to use them again, but unfortunately, if I don’t, I will choose to go to Gateway again.

The staff was friendly and put me at ease. They were on time and explained what I needed to do and would be done. When I made a request for my report there was no hesitation to help me out. I appreciate there was no hassle and they cared about my well being, not trying to just get it done. Excellent service overall.

Made an appointment for 4:30 p.m. to get x-​rays. I got a call the day before confirming my appointment for 4:15 p.m. Now they tell me I’m supposed to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Such an expectation would be nice to know when actually scheduling the appointment.
Gateway is located inside an office building with no signage out front, just the address number. The first thing that hit me upon entering the suite was the super strong smell of fragrance in the air. It was a pleasant smell but was so strong and over-​powering I ended up having to cover my nose at one point. Filled out the paperwork and returned it to the receptionist. She asked me to sign one page that said I didn’t authorize them to discuss my treatment with anyone, except I had to point out that what she was asking me to sign did not say what she said it did (lawyers read what they’re signing or not signing). She copped an attitude after that and pretty much took the paperwork back and moved on to other tasks without another word to me. I would replace her if I was in charge, solely based on how she treated a patient.
My experience after that point was great. I was taken back for x-​rays on time, and the technician was very nice. She was able to develop and see the images she’d taken within a few seconds, and took more because the bones weren’t quite aligned properly. I appreciated that because if the correct anatomy could not be visualized, it would mean another trip for x-​rays. I was out of there by 4:40 p.m.

Easy in, easy out. Ran on time. Forms minimal. They took our insurance card and billed them.
