Gio and Chris were very professional and quick! These guys truly live up to these 5 star reviews. I have never in my life had such an easy car buying experience. We will be suggesting this place to many of our friends! We wanted simple and affordable, they did everything they could and picked the perfect ride. We basically went and just picked it up and signed the paperwork! It was magical lol. Thank you for the cute car you two! We absolutely love it!

Very rude and unprofessional. I can’t believe people like this run a business. Identity was also stolen shortly after getting a credit check with them.

Joe Alfonso made my visit to Vector a memorable and very satisfying event. Great deals, excellent knowledge of inventory and cars in general. I will go back and will definitely seek out Joe!

Visited these guys today after seeing and ad to «call Gio» on Craigslist. Was talked into completing a credit application after saying multiple times we wanted to think about it and would check back with them by a manager who said he could produce exactly what we wanted if not better then we wanted and then took over an hour to work on finance terms. When they returned with a higher down payment then we discussed a higher payment then discussed and basically and insult on trade-​in we said no deal and told the sales guy Gio we were leaving. Stopped on the way out by the manager Joe who asked what the problem was. Told him we were not crazy about the car as we had told the sales guy already and the numbers were nowhere near what he discussed when he convinced us to give him all the information for the application. He then asked why we had wasted 45 minutes of their time working on a deal for a car we weren’t interested in. Mind you he pushed us for the application and kept us there for over an hour and that we had said we liked the car if the numbers were right. Then said which is more important a good payment or a car you like. I personally felt we should be able to have both not one or the other. He then said what’s the point in us working on getting the payment you want if you aren’t interested in the car which we assured him we were interested if the numbers worked but the deal he provided was not a good deal. Overall really bad experience with the sales manager Joe. Gio was a good salesman but the manager Joe was aggressive and somehow his pushiness end up being our fault and a waste of his time. Not great things to say to a potential client. They were very aggressive in asking for information to run credit etc and were able to produce a deal but not at all what we discussed or what their ad advertises that you can put $ 500 down. They wanted at least a $ 1000 and payment was much higher then discussed. Had asked that they keep our info if the car we were interested did come I’m also the one advertised was not there and is in all their ads on Craigslist. After they way were treated by Joe I wouldn’t do a deal with them no matter the numbers because they pushed us into doing the app despite saying no multiple times with the promise of getting us in the range if not better then our range and produced nothing close to what we discussed. Not a good experience to say the least and to be told we wasted their time when in fact they lied and wasted ours and then blamed us was crazy. Very unprofessional and bad way to treat a potential costumer. They make promises they have no intention of keeping in order to get your personal information and try to pressure you into purchasing immediately. Their ad on Craigslist is full of tactics to get you in the door and what they advertise isn’t even on the lot. Left sitting in an office for over an hour with other deal sheets laying out with people’s personal information ssn etc for anyone to see. Not cool! Bad experience. Wouldn’t trust them.

I had a great experience with Vector Autos, our sales guy, Joe Alfonso was great! I live 3 hours away and while we were heading to Plano, he took pics and texted information and answered questions for us. Once got there and took a test drive I fell in love with the 2011 Ford Flex and decided to buy it! I already had my loan thru USAA so the whole process was simple, quick and the customer service was excellent!
I had a couple issues with the vehicle after we left and they fixed the problems right away!
I would definitely go to them again & recommend that you see Joe Alfonso!

I won’t give a bad review to the dealership BECAUSE OF ABEL CASTANO!!! He was honest to me period!!!
Giovanni luckily Abel showed me excellent customer service bcuz I would give vector a poor rating. I explicitly told you I had an open car loan that I just told them to keep AND YOU still lied and said you were confident that you could get me in a car but that was not the case. I explained I had someone taking their time to bring. Don’t do that to people. Salesmen like you give the rest a bad name. I was honest about my entire situation and you still wasn’t honorable enough to do the same. I’ll post THIS on Unilocal and tell everyone to talk to Abel !!!

They made the car buying process very simple and provided many options throughout the process.
I found the car on
and called to go see the vehicle the next day. When I walked in there was a representative to walk me through the entire process. I initially went to them because of their below market value price but was very glad I did. They were very welcoming with me examining and test driving the vehicle. After I drove the Chevy Volt, I had to take it home. It did take a little extra time to get my outside financing paperwork through but they had excellent customer service in the meantime. I enjoyed working with Giovanni and would suggest this dealership to others.
