We came in and were helped by Brian who was very nice and courteous. We test drove a car with him and it went well. After a bit we were handed off to another salesman who was the WORST. I test drove another car with him and he commented that he felt unsafe about my driving, which was fine. I just took it as him being honest. But then he kept going and made multiple more condescending comments even after we switched off and allowed him to drive back to the dealership. We continued to consider the car and went back to his office to discuss other options. Similar to before he was somewhat rude. We asked for time to think about it and after a while he came back and asked us where we were on deciding. He was again very rude and at that point we just decided to leave. The deals here aren’t too bad, but I almost didn’t want to buy at all because of this salesman.

We’ve purchased two cars the past two years from C3. Each time, Larry, Mike, and their new sales associate Brian have treated us like gold. When we had a catalytic converter go out in our first car, they referred us to their own mechanic and because we mentioned that C3 sent us, they gave us a good deal. When our check engine light came on in the car we just bought, they took good care of us again, this time ordering the part that went bad and replacing it themselves on their own dime. They gave us a loaner car while they did the repairs so we wouldn’t be stuck waiting. When we’ve told them about things we’ve noticed in cars we’ve test driven, even if that wasn’t our choice, they took our comments as seriously as if we were considering it. The guys at C3 are true Texan gentlemen — always courteous, friendly, and they bend over backwards to not only get you the best deal but treat you like you are the most important people in the room. We can’t praise or express our thanks enough to C3 Auto for taking such good care of us.

After a particularly painful visit to a Toyota dealer, I went back and bought my 5^th car from C3.
Well within my budget, low miles, almost new nissan. And again, no BS. I was outta there with a car in an hour. These guys are great!

I am a repeat buyer at C3 and will be back when I am in the market for a used car again. I would recommend C3 to my family and friends. Larry and team are very easy to work and the purchasing experience is great!

This is the second car I’ve purchased for them and they are to be trusted to give you sound advice and a good price. Larry has always made himself available to answer any question or concern I have before, during and after the sale of the car. This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Larry and his team were awesome to work with. I was treated like I was buying a new car, not a 10,000 dollar car for my daughter. They were more than willing to allow me to have the car inspected. Obviously it was ok by my mechanic.

We (my wife and I) found a car online at C3. When we called on it they told us it had been sold, but they had a similar car and we should go see it, so we did. Upon arrival we were met by a salesman who was friendly and helpful. As soon as we sat down to talk numbers on this particular car we were handed off to the owner. This is where it went downhill. He was a little pretentious, and was very quick to talk bad about another car we had our eye on, at a different dealership of course. Then he was quick to tell me how much of a mistake it was that I took my wife on a road trip in such an old vehicle, grant it the car he was referring to broke down, that’s why we were looking. i felt put down and I thought he handled the whole process unprofessionally. He Would not come off asking price at all on car in question and accused me of low-​balling other dealerships I dealt with earlier that day. Needless to say we left insulted and without a car. Larry needs to retire or learn how much power we as customers have these days with tools like Unilocal,and step it up if you want my business or anybody else’s for that matter.

I found this place while shopping for a car. I did find the car I wanted, but I also found out just how nice and professional Larry Craghead, the owner and his salesman Stacey Harms were. C3 AUTO is a GREAT dealership. they have almost 50 cars, and SUVs in stock everyday! I will be back for another purchase!

About 3 weeks ago I bought a 2008 Ford Mustang V6 with 60 298 Miles from C-​3 Automotive. Stacy told me the car was in excellent condition and it so appeared, it had new tires on it so when we came back from the credit union we drove it home and then after it was insured 2 days latter I began to drive it and noticed a-​lot of vibration noises, then I looked at the tires and realized they were bald apparently the dealer flipped the tires or waxed them and they somehow passed inspection 10 days before. I called Stacy and he was going to charge me $ 450 for Kuhmo tires, he was just going by size and I can pick up the same tires for the same price!!! claiming that was their price from discount tires, but discount tires doesn’t sell kuhmo tires for mustangs the cheapest are falkens which are not in stock at discount tires in the area so my tires were bald and i was forced to pay out $ 750 for tires that are the correct tires for my car!!. That was problem number 1, the second time was when I took my car to a mechanic for a full inspection because of the grinding and growing noises in the car while driving, then we found that C-​3 had tapped the VALVE COVER because it was cracked with duck tape. The mechanic told me if it started to oil leak I would have to face dishing out an really expensive repair even an engine fire. So then I took it to Breaks Plus they repaired the valve cover for $ 330, then they told me my ball joints are bad and that could ruin my break pads so I had to dish another $ 400 for that. However I still have some grinding noises when I break and this might be a faulty tranny or break pads or rotors who knows but im still taking it to the shop. This is my first car and I’m a college student who has been taken advantaged of by C-​3 AUTO, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! MY FIRST CAR IS A DISASTER!!!

Recently bought a car from C3 and would recommend them highly. Their cars are in great condition and their prices are very reasonable. I did a lot of research and comparison and found their cars were the best priced and the best condition. In my search I went to another small dealership whose car required a major repair and they had attempted to hide this. Didn’t find this at all with C3. Would buy from them again.

I never thought I would take the time to write a review of a car dealer, yet alone a good one.
My brother was looking for a car and we heard about this place from a co-​worker of his. The location is a little interesting, but once you get there you will find a great used car dealership.
Larry and Don were very friendly and helpful. They didn’t use any of the high pressure sales tactics you see at a lot of dealers, they were very laid back.
The car my brother picked didn’t have a manual. We noticed this after he had purchased the car. After we asked them about it, they told us to find one online, and they would reimburse us for it. They did exactly that with no hassle at all.
They had decent prices and didn’t pressure even when mentioning their 3^rd party warranties.
We are at about 3 months with the car, and we haven’t had a problem. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing, in case the car fell to pieces, but everything has been working perfectly!
Without a doubt, I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a used car.
