TGI Fridays

T. G. I. Friday’s is not what it used to be. Especially this location. Popular menu items have changed and without any notification. One a favorite of my fiancé, this place has slumped. The waitress didn’t ask if we enjoyed the meal (¼ eaten plates should indicate we didn’t). When we asked if anything has changed with recipes, the response was «I have no idea.» She did check with the kitchen, but neither party could say when changes happened.
Our waitress was nice, just wish she offered some care about whether we enjoyed the meal.

The service speed is very slow. I have not eaten here in at least six months, but the quality of the food has declined since that time. We ordered a cheeseburger, a club sandwich, and Jack Daniel’s chicken. The chicken was salty and the burger was burned. We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. I will probably not return to eat here unless I have a coupon.

We came here with my family of 2 young boys on a Friday evening.
When you check in on the Unilocal app, you will get a free appetizer coupon, but sometimes the waiter will not be aware of this promotion and you’ll have to reach out to the manager to get credit.
Our waiter was Juan, and he was very friendly and guided us through the menu since it has been a while since we last came to TGI Fridays.

Overall, the service was great, the restaurant and bathrooms clean, the food & drinks good (other than the overcooked shrimp). They also have happy hour deals that will save you a bunch of $$. We’ll definitely be coming back.

My family and I had lunch at TGIF today and it was horrible. .the service sucked and they weren’t even that busy… basically the only thing that was good was my drink from the bar

When trying to redeem the free appetizer app on here for a work luncheon, the manager came over to explain that these are «unexceptable» because there is no code. He also explained that this is a «random» app and coupon. He warned me that other restaurants would not accept these. I then explained to him that it is an agreement between corporate and Unilocal and ALL restaurants honor these. After much conversation, he finally agreed to the coupon. *corporate Unilocal and/​or *corporate TGIFRIDAYS, please inform your managers or take this off. It was embarrassing to go back and forth over this in front of coworkers

The good: No wait time on a Sunday at noon. Since I guess people aren’t gelling with TGIFridays anymore, the place never got even remotely busy. Max was the best server. It was just me and my daughter, so we got three apps: the BBQ chicken flatbread (10.00), the Jack Daniels sesame strips (9.90) and fried green beans (7.95).
The green beans were the best I’ve ever had. Just the right amount of batter to fresh green beans, with a nice snap and good ranch served with.
The JD strips were different than what they used to serve. These are just regular chicken pieces served with a BBQ sauce. They were fine, but overpriced for the portion size.
The flatbread was the least successful: it was supposed to be a BBQ flatbread but it lacked any BBQ sauce or flavor. It tasted like a cheese cracker. For $ 10, I expected better.
The BAD: they don’t honor the Unilocal deal for a free app, but didn’t tell me until after we ate. I showed my deal to the girl who sat us and she said «Yes, we take it» but when the check came both the server and the manager (I escalated it) said they do not honor Unilocal and that Unilocal needs to take it down. The manager didn’t offer to comp my app either even though I explained we wouldn’t have ordered like we did if I knew that. So, meh. Without a coupon and a reason to come to this area, I won’t be back.

We went to this particular location on Sunday during lunch time. The place was busy but not too busy. My mom and I are pretty lenient on time so it didn’t bother us that we had to wait 10 minutes on drinks. The manager I presume saw us waiting and got our drinks for us so that was pretty nice. Although the wait was longer than usual, the server apologized and was super friendly so we didn’t even care.
My mother always order the same thing which is the Sizzling chicken and shrimp (11.50), and I ordered a Bourbon barrel chicken (11.30). My mom says her food was delicious, and I also thought my dish was tasty. However, I found a few pieces of chewy fat in my chicken but I wasn’t that concerned.
I also received a coupon in the mail which I used and the waiter was so nice. Although the was busy she made time for us and made us feel welcomed.

I stopped by T.G.I. Fridays on the way home from work on Friday to have a drink and some food. Boy has this establishment gone down hill. Very poor happy hour here. $ 5 Tall Bud Lights? For happy hour? Bud Lights should be free! $ 6 Shiner «imports»? Other restaurants in the area have $ 3 tall Shiners for happy hour. Shiner Bock isn’t a craft beer. I just couldn’t stay this time. I think they would do much better if they had some different happy hour specials and made it a place one would want to go on Friday after-​work nights!

We were here for almost 2 hrs! Worst experience ever! I came here about a year ago and had a similar Experience! Horribly slow service! Salad came out Wrong! Broccoli was dry! Asked for another serving of Broccoli it came out dry also! The men’s restroom was absolutely disgusting! I’ve been to 3^rd World countries that had cleaner facilities! My wife went to visit the female restroom to find out if it was in a similar condition and it was! I’m not even going to include the pictures because they are absolutely disgusting! You couldn’t pay me to come back here and eat at this restaurant! There were so many plates left on our table after eating that we could not even enjoy a conversation! When I checked in here I got a Unilocal coupon for a free appetizer with purchase of a drink for basically eight dollars off. When I showed it to the employee that worked here he had never seen it before. He went and got the manager; and the manager came out and said they DO NOT EXCEPT Unilocal COUPONS!

Delicious and Hot food my favorite! Service fast and friendly. Hubby ordered the steak ribeye and cooked perfectly. I ordered the chicken and spinach which had a bourbon style sauce. Very delicious!

Came here on a Saturday night. It wasn’t busy at all which was cool. I ordered a chicken strip dinner which offered less food for the price than other restaurants. The food came hot but that’s probably the only good part. The chicken was very hard and I had to tear the apart before I could eat it ! My partner ordered the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta and she really liked it. It was pricey as well. I’m not really sure why they cost so much with the amount and quality of food you get. I won’t be back to this location and probably any other. If you decide to visit, they do have a nice bar and the service was great. There is also plenty of parking since it;s located near a shopping strip. Good Luck

My late night go to place after work if I needed a sit down burger. Service is always great and they always have great prices on drinks. On Unilocal it says you get a free app when you check in. We still get our free app but the manager said that they will no longer honor it (sad Face). This would still be my go to late night. Sit down burger.

My daughter loves this place. Her favorite is the Parmesan Chicken strips. I love the fried shrimp. The service here was awesome. Our server was very sweet and on top of things. Just wish the prices here were a little less. I only come here if I have a coupon.

Can I leave no stars!!! Horrible! Lunch hour coworkers and I went here to grab a «quick» lunch. Well it starts by waiting forever to get a waitress to bring us drinks. Then we go ahead and order. Two of us got a sandwich and salad and the other two got burgers. Not exactly something that takes a long time to make. We wait a good 20 minutes and decide well let’s go ahead and pay since we have to leave soon. I have never gotten a check before food before but oh well!
The food was delivered. Yah right! I ordered a Cesar salad and a club sandwich. I got lettuce in a bowl. No dressing, nothing but lettuce. I asked our waitress for dressing and she asked oh you want more? No I want some period. Not only does she bring me the wrong dressing but it isn’t even a Cesar salad mix!!! I was sooooo hacked!
Needless to say coworkers were not impressed with their food either. Burgers were just ok and she looked at us like we were nuts when we wanted ketchup for fries!
Not coming back to this restaurant!!! I refuse to pay $ 10 for half a sandwich and some lettuce in a bowl!

Good location. Attentive staff. My date and I were giving the waitress a hard time (being too silly & sarcastic) & she handled it well. So big points for that. Food was okay

We just walked in and I may up day the review if things get better. Walked in and they only have people at 13 tables (not including the bar area) and was told it was going to be a 10 minute wait to get a table. We abound the corner and saw that there was another family waiting already. Several tables are dirty with no one trying to clean them up. Not impressed so far.
Well, I am keeping it at a one star as it did take then about 10 minutes to seat us. Then after 10 more minutes and no waiter or waitress showing up we just got up and left. Now we are at Applebee’s where we were seated right away and the waiter greeted us in less than 2 minutes.

I stopped by for take out on my way back from work. I walked in through the «take out» door and no one was there. I waited about 5 minutes and the decided to ask a waiter about the person taking the orders. He told me that there was currently no one working that area and to head in to the bar area. Well, the place wasn’t crazy busy. There were about 8 customers, including myself, in there. All the employees were socializing at the bar. I sat down asked for the menu and ordered to go. I waited there and 15 minutes later my food came out, but it was placed in front of me. I had ordered to go and I reminded the guy. He went back in and made the necessary changes.
I like the food here, but I am not crazy about the customer service. I think there were a lot of things that these employees could have been doing to at least pretend like they were busy. Whomever was supposed to be in the take out area was clearly not there as there was too much fun in the bar.
The only reason I give this place 4 stars is because if the nice juicy steak that I ate. It was cooked just like I asked. I also ordered a side of broccoli and Mac and cheese. Both were really good.

When I think «fine cuisine» I don’t typically think of T.G.I. Friday’s but this particular restaurant has blown my mind. I ate there tonight and received stellar service and the food (Cobb Salad) was fantastic! I honestly didn’t know I could enjoy T.G.I. Friday’s food because I’ve had such awful experiences in the past, but I was wrong. It was savory and dare I say, excellent?

pretty typical chain american food. In my opinion, TGI friday is on the same level as Pluckers or BJs, so if you are in the mood for decent food and some drinks, TGIF would satisfy your needs well.
So TGIF has this endless appetizers deal for 12 dollars, which sounds like a pretty good idea. I wasn’t too hungry when I went, so I just ordered the regular potato skin (8 bucks). After consuming the potato skin, which was really good surprisingly (if you liked fried carbs and cream sauce), I realized that a regular serving would DEFINITELY fill you up if you are eating alone. So the endless appetizer deal is ONLY worth it if you are in a large group and you share the dish.
My friend ordered a sizzling shrimp and chicken (15 ish), which was pretty good. I thought the chicken was a bit on the dry side, but if you dip it into mash potatoes you probably won’t feel like you are eating the sahara desert.
Service was pretty quick, but we were here on a pretty empty day. The waitress seemed pretty nice.
Overall, pretty standard.

Food and service are both a hit or miss here. The first time we came out server would disappear for 30 minutes at a time. We ordered drinks and didn’t see them for 20 – 30 minutes. We had to go to the bar to ask the bartender if he could order us an appetizer since she hadn’t returned. Someone else delivered the appetizer and as they did she returned to ask if we were ready to order. We ordered and about 45 minutes later got our food cold. My boyfriend ordered a chicken/​shrimp dish that had a light cheese sauce to it. The cheese was cold and hard and basically looked like plastic. I ordered a chicken dish as well but asked for just plain chicken and veggies, no sauces or anything. My dish was cold but not horrible compared to his.
The second time we got a really nice waiter who was very attentive and helpful to offer up suggestions. The food came out in a decent amount of time and nothing was cold or seemed to have waited to be picked up.
It’s a clean restaurant minus the bathrooms. They could use a bit of attention. The atmosphere is a mix of sports bar types and families. It’s a great place to go and watch a game. They have plenty of tv’s and bar space to hangout.
