This is the store close to me. They never have anyone to help you They usually don’t have enough cashiers. I usually have to go to the one in fairview because they usually have most of the things I need.

This was my 2nd time at this Target store. I usually come here when I’m waiting to meet people up for lunch. It’s not a Super Target so, it doesn’t have everything but it has the basics. The store is obviously smaller since it’s not a Super Target but it’s pretty busy considering. I had to return some items and was helped pretty quickly. However, the guy who returned my stuff didn’t do it correctly by refunding only 4 items. Luckily, I reviewed the receipt and talked to another associate who refunded my 5th item. There were good sales on the baby items. I’ve never actually been at a Target where the clothes reached 70% off because they’re usually gone by 50% discount. I got two onesies for $ 1.35 and a dressy shorts & button up combo for $ 5.98. Pretty good deal! And they’re super cute!

This Target is not really organized… I was in the shoe department today and a lot of the shoes were in the wrong boxes. Box says 7, shoes inside are 8.5. Box says 7.5, shoes inside are 8. You get the point. Not the best Target around, but sometimes it has items in stock that other Targets don’t and that’s when I even bother coming here.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Target and I’ll always choose it over Walmart when given the option. However, I’ll say that this particular Target isn’t the best example of what I love about Target. In terms of actual products, it has what you want, just remember this isn’t a Super Target. The disappointing part is that the store doesn’t give off the clean and pristine feeling that most Target stories show. Also, the workers don’t really seem like they want to be there so the service isn’t as quality as it should be. Just go in knowing what you want and leave. That’s what you should plan to do.

This target is not coupon friendly, the staff is not educated on the coupon, I went there only 2 time in this year and both experience is bad, 1st time I bought some 2 shampoo &2 body wash, I try to use coupon on both item and the cashier told me «no», she say they don’t take copy coupon(because I use Internet printable coupon and my coupon only black and white) I try to explain to her please read the coupon both have different code, she start to read the coupon and she say even is not copy coupon still can’t use. because i only can use one coupon because on the coupon say one coupon per purchase and I try to explain to her, one purchase is one item mean, and the cashier call the manager, I was so upset !!! Because the manger say the same thing, I even pull up the target coupon policy and try to show her and both of them refuse to take a look on it ! We use coupon didn’t mean they should treat us like this ! So end up I didn’t get anything empty hand leave .2nd time I bought some toothpaste suppose to be buy 4 get $ 5 gift card but the computer didn’t auto say have $ 5 gift card so I went to customer services ask for it and they say I get the wrong Size, but in the tag list the size I got, and they refuse to give me the gift card they say if the system didn’t auto pop up say have gift card they can’t do anything !!! I won’t go back this target ever again ! Waste time and energy !!

Stupid store policy, they don’t accept a temporary driving license issues by Texas state DMV as a proof. Either DMV is wrong in issuing this temporary paper driving license or the store has some convoluted policy. Rude customer agent. Such a waste of time. While leaving my wife wished merry Christmas to the agent for which the reply was ‘yeah’.

I told the worker(male) in return and exchange department at Target that I am deaf. I signed and gestured to him that I wanted to return something. The worker talked to me. I had hard to understand what he said. So, I asked him to write paper. He gave me his horrible attitude. I saw him with big mouth saying(NO, NO, NO and then blah…) You know I can’t help with my deafness. He was so rude to me, because he still talked me. I told him I still could not hear or understand him. He continually talked to me. I noticed that everyone(workers and customers) looked at us. Then I realized that he yelled me and I couldn’t hear him. I wrote a paper and told him that you don’t need to yell me like that. Then he still talked to me with blah blah and blah, he would not write back to me. That was it, I walked away. Honestly, he scared me. I really don’t think that he can get along with deaf people.

I’m very much accustomed to Super Target stores so I normally wouldn’t even go to this location. But I ordered several boxes of Kcups(on sale) online & this was the most convenient location near me that had all 3 flavors for me to pick up in-store. The service counter rep was very courteous but I’m not at fan at all of the old, dingy, store itself. It definitely doesn’t give the Targe’t vibe, feels like the dreaded Wal-Mart except not nearly as many customers.

My go to Target. This Target is never super busy so I can get all the good deals on clearance! The staff is very friendly too, rarely will you walk by an employee without them smiling and acknowledging you. The checkout lines can be long, they must have something against opening more than 2 lines at one time but I usually try to go when I have some time.

Every Target store deserves at least — at the very, very least — three stars. This one gets 4! — Close to 75 — small grocery section — large health and beauty department — an equally large and well stocked card and craft section — Starbucks and seating! — Free wifi — candy Does it get better than that? Sure. But not by much.

This is not a Super Target, but there is easy access to 75. They have a grocery section and it is clean.

Pretty devoid of customers. Easy access to and from Parker or 75. Other than that, it is a pretty standard Target(clean and well lit). Everything is on sale as part of the normal Target practice of marking everything up a ton so that the sale tag can catch your eye. Other than that… I guess if you don’t care that they compromised a bunch of credit card info and like to placate the left by asking that you don’t bring your LEGAL firearm into their place of business, then this is the store for you.

This is my neighborhood Target store and I couldn’t be happier! I love the layout of the store. Seems I never have to wait in line and the staff is friendly. Don’t forget to download the Cartwheel app. Search for the product you’re looking for and it will tell you if there is a coupon available. If so, add it to one of your 10 available coupon spots and have them scan a barcode in the app at the register to save a little dough. I almost always find coupons for the things I buy everyday.

This is the best Target in Plano. Sometimes it frustrates me to wander around in the store looking for things, but the employees are very helpful and can point you in the right direction. I don’t think this store gets as much patronage as other locations, which bizarrely makes for some really long waits at the checkouts — I guess they don’t feel the need to keep it staffed up front all the time.

This Taget isn’t as busy as other locations so things get picked over less. Good place to go find bargain sale items.

Excellent– impulse buys abound. Very clean & pleasing to the eye. Good– much parking. Bad– their grocery is good in a pinch, but not for full scale grocery shopping.

Not as complete as a Super Target, but well-stocked nonetheless. When I visited this store it was clean, well-organized, parking was ample, handicapped carts were readily available & fully charged, checkout was speedy, and I found what I was looking for, can’t ask for much more!

I used to work at Target stores while in high school. This one has an interesting layout and different than i’m used to. This Target has a Starbucks near the entrance and has a smaller grocery section. The electronics is also in a strange corner. It’s in the far back in the middle; as opposed to usually being in a corner. Also, if you’re headed to Black Friday this Target is the place to go. I walked in last night around midnight and leisurely bought the items i needed. It wasn’t hard to find any of the items and there wasn’t a crowd at all. There probably was a crowd at 9pm when i was watching football, suckers! Last year when i went to the west plano store it was a cluster. I’ll definately goto this store instead from now on. It’s also close to our house.

I consider myself a bit of a Target connoisseur and I got alot of opportunity today to judge this one as there was crazy bad weather and I had to hang out there for 2 hours! And despite the stressful situation(the registers were closed for a while and we all had to stay at the back of the store for about 20 minutes) all the employees I encountered were very helpful and friendly. My phone was dying(which was stressing me out with people checking on me and me wanting to check on people) so once the registers came back on, I bought a charger and the electronics guys were very helpful in helping me find a plug to charge my phone in the store, above and beyond! Now, in terms of just the Target-iness of the store, it’s one of the not-quite-super-but-expanded-grocery-sections ones. You see, some are Super(full grocery side), some are regular(very small grocery section) but there are these hybrids that have quite a large grocery section, multiple frozen/fridge aisles, even some fruits and veggies. You can’t tell from the outside what kind of store it’s going to be! It seemed to have a good clothing selection, too(I had plenty of time to peruse it!) The only bummer about this place is that it has the bathroom in the back(versus up by the customer service desk) which for some reason bothers me.
