***WARNING*** Tina is unprofessional. One visit she’s pleasant, the next visit she’s dismissive. You just never know which Tina you’re going to get. Of course, we all have bad days(I’ve had my share), and hair stylists are«real people too,» but a true professional would attempt to call a client back to explain their behavior, why they responded in the way they did, or dare I say, apologize for it. Who treats clients like this? Especially someone who claims to «value every single one of my clients.» Are you still striving to run a respectable and professional hair salon? Or do you have enough«regular» clients that this is no longer a priority for you? Great hair care can not replace treating clients with respect. There are too many true professional stylists in the area to choose from, customer service is paramount. I applaud those who have posted reviews before me. If I had reviewed them myself, I’m convinced that I wouldn’t have taken a chance on this salon. I don’t(like to, nor do I) write a lot of negative reviews, but the way I was treated compelled me to do so. I am motivated only by the fact that, if I don’t write a review about my experience, she may continue to treat clients this way. At least others will know if they choose to take a gamble and walk into this salon. I also believe that she added a tip for herself as she rudely barked the amount of my service to me. I was stunned. Geez… Sorely disappointed. That. Is. All.

Called to schedule an appointment and the voicemail stated that I would receive a call within 24 hrs. 72 hrs later I had to call back becuase I did not receive a response. I dont even know why I bothered to call back. The fact that she couldnt be bothered to call me back is enough reason to not even DREAM of visiting this salon. So unprofessional!!! Maybe it’s a good thing that I would NEVER visit this place!

I’ve been going to Tina since September 2010, and I have nothing but positive things to say about her service. She has taken great care of my hair and has it back healthy again. She not only takes care of your hair but also makes sure that your scalp is healthy. Now, I’m very picky about who does my hair because of a bad experience with another stylist, and I fully trust Tina with mine.

Tina is rude, unprofessional, and unreliable. She contacted me 20 minutes before I was due for my appointment to tell me that she had an emergency. She then sent me a text message stating that it was best if I reschedule because I seemed uptight. Those of us who have full schedules, Tina, have a limited amount of time to do things. I called her back because a true professional does not handle their communication via text message. Tina then started shouting. Seriously? It worked out for the best because there is no way that I would want to pay this ghetto stylist who treats potential clients this way. DONOTGOHERE! There are plenty of other stylists in the area who will welcome your businss and know how to run a business professionally. Oh, and the text messaging? Who does that? A ghetto hair stylist, that’s who.
