Cary studied bio chemistry and education at the University of Lethbridge and brings over 10 years of industry experience to Precision’s clients. He holds numerous certifications through the Texas Department of Agriculture including, but not limited to, Environmental Safety and the Study of Ecology.

Cary’s ambitious and extremely prideful business approach makes him the driving force behind Precision’s exceptional sales and service strategies. He strives to ensure that all Precision clients are provided with an eco-​friendly service that goes beyond the norm at the most competitive price possible. His wealth of industry knowledge and desire to provide Precision’s clients with ‘second to none’ service, ensure an operational excellence to be rivaled.

Outside of Precision, Cary is very active in the North Texas Hockey community; playing on two teams and coaching for the McKinney Lightning Hockey Club.

I had this guy from precision pest management running from door to door in my new community for almost 3 – 4 weeks. He kept coming back each day asking me to enroll for a service with his company. Feeling pity at him and thinking anyways, I will need one .so i signed up for it. He made lots of fake promises at that time. After 4 total treatments, I would say, 1st treatment was good but after 2 months, I started seeing bugs near my house. I tried re-​scheduling multiple times but they never show up except when its money time. They just did part treatment of the property couple times now and they don’t show up when re-​scheduled. I have their scheduled treatment confirmations on emails and yet they didn’t show up so you can imagine the business ethics they have. I have seen these guys filling water from my exterior hoses and spraying on my property… so think about it.
I feel sympathetic towards the owner (Jason) who uses young kids to sell services and then drag customers into contract clutches to make free money. There is no regulation and control over such rogue companies in our metroplex so guess I thought alerting people and let them decide if they should subscribe to such risks. No business ethics but are there only to bug people.
Guys, Don’t go by good reviews. negative reviews matter more. You don’t want to take chance and realize later. I am not suggesting you to do anything… CHOICE is yours.

As others have already mentioned before, these guys are more into the business of scamming people. The manager is an extremely rude person and will charge you for early cancellation fees even though you only signed for a single treatment. Their treatment also doesn’t work so anyone planning to use their service please read all the reviews before you sign for anything.

WARNING! Don’t let them fool you by getting you to sign up with them because the initial service is free or as low as $ 25. You will be getting your money’s worth with their service, which by the way is terrible. Although the deal sounds great, letting you know that you’ll save money by going with them which offers the same service as other pest control companies it is all a total scam and lie. I signed up just for that reason and was disappointed. I had mud daubers that they had knocked down just lying in my grass, and then missed all the cob webs along my fence. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Don’t let them trick you into a great service that’ll you’ll never get from them.

These guys are the worst pest people in the business. They had to come out 10 times to get rid of acrobatic ants in our home which they said were carpenter ants (but they werent). We were under the year contract with them but they said we could cancel if we moved within 90 days… and we moved within 90 days. I called and cancelled with no problem. However, one week later we receive a voicemail stating they will be at our new house to spray. I called them and said I fired you a week ago. They indicated they never talked to me and Ben (the tech supervisor??) laughed at me and said he’d bill me $ 275 cancellation fee. I asked to speak to the owners but they refused to talk to me or call me back. Stay away from these people. They do NOT know what they are doing and they are scam artists. Luckily my wife found an excellent bug guy who actually knows what the hell he’s doing.

I had a terrible time making an appointment. No one would return my call. After I finally had an appointment, they stood me up. After making a second appointment, they arrived on a timely matter. The guy was friendly. I told him we needed to treat for ants. He sprayed around the house. Never got rid of the ants. So after a month of trying to make an appointment and spending money trying to get rid of ants in my kitchen, no luck. Ants are still everywhere.

SCAMMERS!!! STAY AWAY!!!
These people scout neighborhoods and pester people with their plans. I had to send them away politely three times. The fourth time is when they tricked me. I couldn’t be rude and they cashed on it.
When I opened the door their sales guy told me that he had a truck load of pesticides that are going to go waste if he doesn’t spray it on the same day. He put up a long face mentioning that his boss wouldn’t be happy with him if he went back with a full truck. He said he will spray it for $ 5 so that he can make his boss happy. I said OK and he started to trying and sell me on of their yearly plans. I made it very clear to him that it is going to be a one time service to make him happy and I did not want to sign up for any contracts. He agreed. I had to leave for an appointment and told my wife to pay him $ 5 after they are done.
After the service was complete he rang the bell for payment and my wife paid him the $ 5.
A couple of months later I get a postcard from them about my next pest service. I called their owner to enquire and he says that I signed up for a 1 year contract. That’s when I realized that the sales person cleverly switched papers and made my wife sign a contract.
I explained the situation to the owner and he was rude to not listen to anything but when I want to pay. I am also going to the BBB about this.

This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
We signed up for the service, they came out twice and we were happy customers. Only two days after their second visit, we were infested with tiny little bugs. Our whole back patio looked completely black because of the bugs. The bugs also made their way inside the house and were in our bathtub. We had to attempt to treat the problem ourselves but to no avail. Desperate, I texted our previous Terminix contact and he sent someone out the next morning — issue fixed.
The worst starts when I get a bill from Precision with a $ 225 cancellation fee. When I called, I got to speak to Jason the owner. He was incredibly rude and refused to waive the fee. He even told me he would send me to collections tomorrow (I received the bill 3 days ago so don’t even think that’s legal). He was so rude, we actually started yelling at each other over the phone.
Considering this is what he considers «customer service», I hate the idea of giving business to someone who doesn’t appreciate it. According to him, he has 7500 other paying customers and doesn’t need my business and could care less if I am happy. Wow!!!
As for his employees, great people!

I have used Precision Pest management for about a year now. I actually found them on Unilocal and they gave me a great deal. However, since I have had them, I have all kinds of bugs inside and outside my house including Lizards, huge cockroaches, spiders, etc.
I didn’t have any problem with other companies. One of the reason I believe this is because they will not come inside your house each quarter to spray the whole house. They actually give you a sales pitch of how doing this is bad for your health. You have to call them and schedule an inside spot spray session where they will only spray the area which might be effected rather than going through the whole house.
Other pest companies typically come inspect the whole house each quarter, check the attic, put bait inside most of the outlets and attic and also do a full outside perimeter spray. Not Precision Pest management. They do send nice post cards once a quarter though telling you they are arriving for their quarterly outdoor spray session. At this point I am just waiting for my contract to be over so I can switch to a better company.

We just signed up with Precision today. A team of two guys came. One spent 15 minutes inside hitting the baseboards (all organic, pet-​safe, restaurant-​safe). The entire time he was inside he walked me through their process and happily answered all my (many) questions. The other guy spent 20 minutes outside spraying the weepholes and windows. Then he spread granules across the entire lawn. Then he put poison in a rodent feeder out by the A/​C unit. They gave me some advice on sealing my garage and dealing with the ever-​present field mice we get from behind our house. Today was what they call a «flush out» and was absolutely free. Then in 30 days they come back to start the quarterly cycle at $ 89 per quarter. Usually all outside but will come inside if requested. I’ve had pest management for years in Florida and never saw anything this comprehensive – and relatively cheap. Both phone calls were answered quickly, and the crew called me with a 30-​minute warning because I had to be here for the initial visit. If they are always this good, they’ve got a loyal customer in me!
PS: There’s a lot to be said for clean-​cut, professionally dressed crew in a marked truck with formal paperwork to give you confidence that this company is a going concern worried about their reputation and willing to invest in customer service. They are definitely not one of the many fly-​by-​night pest companies out there.

I used these guys from a amazon voucher, which seemed like a good deal, I’m the kind of guy that typically just does my own spraying, but I had them do it to start off the spring pest season. They were quick, professional and polite. I think the manager guy is from up north, or perhaps Canada. All in all it was a good experience and the chemicals they used didn’t leave me hacking for hours. I would use them again!

Precision Pest is one of the most professional companies I deal with. My store literally backs up to an open field. When we first moved in, we had a horrid wolf spider problem, along with your standard creepy crawleys (crickets, big honkin’ beetles, etc). It took a few visits by PPM, but I cannot tell you the last time I saw any living insects in the store. Some mornings I will come in to work and find deceased bugs, but that’s ok. I sweep those suckers up and c’est la vie! I have called them in a frantic blabber twice (once for a wolf spider outbreak & once over a mouse) and they came back out same day on both occasions to address the issues. The technicians are very polite, and when they come for to spray for the eight legged freaks, they always leave me a few extra glue boards. If you are need of pest control, do not hesitate contacting PPM.
