Safe Pro Pest Termite & Rodent Control

Safe Pro is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. After a disaster of an experience with a different pest control company (caused me to rush my dog to the vet for rat poisoning), I was referred to Safe Pro by my friends to do a rodent exclusion and quarterly pest control service. The rodent exclusion has given me peace of mind knowing that rats and squirrels are kept out of my attic and not causing damage anymore. And they are extremely mindful to exercise caution around my dogs and that is very important to me. I would recommend Safe Pro to anyone needing pest control services. Kenneth and Brandon are both excellent techs!

Wow! This is the first word that comes to mind when I think about Safe Pro and their service they provide. I had an issue with a squirrel in my attic so I gave them a call. I spoke with a nice guy named Alex I think. He was very helpful and walked me through a few steps I could try on my own to correct the issue. After speaking with him I decided I would like to leave it to the professionals and asked if he would just handle it. He quoted me more than a fair price and let me know that they would be there in the next week, which I was happy with. The very next day I came home and noticed they had already been there & had a very clever trap setup for the squirrel. I was happy to see that trap would not injure the squirrel in anyway! There was a note waiting on my door letting me know they would be back in a week to remove the trap and seal up the hole. The tech that came out was well dressed in a work uniform and was driving a clean well marked work truck. Not only did Safe Pro complete the work earlier than expected at the estimated price but they went above & beyond to make sure I didn’t have any concerns with how they treated the animals. Companies like this are hard to find these days. Thanks again Safe Pro.

My mom casually mentioned to me that she had found 10+ live wasps in the house over the past week or so. Upon arriving at her house, I found six of those suckers flying around. As someone who is terrified of these suckers (unless I’ve got a can of Spectricide Pro and a glass door between myself and them where I can mercilessly pick them off one by one), I immediately voted to call in the professionals. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the woman who helped me on the phone was very friendly and polite. Nick arrived at our home between the 2-​hour time given this morning and was friendly and approachable. Right off the bat, he said he could recommend a treatment today if he found something but that at this point, since we had a freeze, it wouldn’t be the best use of our money. That’s pretty solid. I showed him around the house and we discussed possible entry points and what we can do in the future to prevent them since they are all likely dead at this point from the freeze. He recommended possibly doing a full-​home indoor and outdoor inspection and treatment in the spring for a very reasonable price, and they also have yearly plans as well. But for now, he recommended we keep the likely entry points taped off until the next freeze and we’d be hard pressed to see another one until it warms up again in the spring. Even though he knew coming out to our home that he wouldn’t make a sale, he took the time to explain things to us and let us know what our options are. Very honest and very reasonably priced. We will definitely call them back out in the spring if we need our home treated!

What a wonderful experience. We were noticing a lot more activity so we wanted a great company. Setting up the onsite consultation was really easy and very prompt. When the technician came to do the initial service, he was very nice and knowledgeable. A+ for a job well done and continue to do well.

Our Technician Kenneth was Awesome! He was prompt, professional, friendly, courteous, and patiently explained every action he would be taking before hand. He answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable. I waited a few weeks before writing this review, and now I can truly say I am very pleased with the results. Kenneth took his time and was very through. He took care of our wasp problem in addition to our fire ant, earwig, and wolf spider problem all in one visit! I’m so happy that my boys can now play in our backyard without worrying about being attacked by wasp! Not ONE fire ant was spotted inside our home the day after treatment. Hands down, Safe Pro Pest Control is the BEST pest control company we’ve found in years, and Kenneth is the most BEST, most pleasant and professional technician we’ve ever had in years. I called Safe Pro after hearing about them from another customer. We moved into our house last summer, and spent all summer/​fall fighting off ants and rollie-​pollies coming through a windowsill. Despite putting some poison down and recaulking, they were still getting in.
Finally this spring I called in, and Alex and one of his guys went all over the house checking it out. No signs of damage anywhere, but he treated the areas of concern (taking into account that I have small kids and a dog) with appropriate chemicals. Since then, we’ve had no ants or rollie-​pollies, and they’ll continue to come out for their quarterly service. GREAT local guys, great job!

He was able to quote us a price that was $ 275/​yr less than what we were paying before! Brandon came out and did a great job. He was on time, professional, informative and thorough. I’ve been using Safe Pro Pests for my house in North Dallas for a couple of years. Safe Pro always did a great job and I was always pleased with the results. Safe Pro would show up exactly as scheduled, meticulously do the entire house and then leave. They always impressed me as very professional.
Recently I had Safe Pro come to my house and do a special inside treatment. I was completely blown away. Kenneth, the Safe Pro Pest service specialist who visited my house to treat it was amazing. Not only did he arrive at the house precisely when he was scheduled, he was incredibly professional.
He arrived in an official Safe Pro truck and was pristinely attired in a uniform.
Kenneth was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also unobtrusive and went about treating the entire house (inside and out) with barely a hint of being present.
I was impressed that Kenneth, wore protective booties on his feet the entire time he was in the house and carefully explained to me exactly what he found to be an issue. It was spiders (yuck — right?).
He graciously answered all the questions I had about other types of bugs I had spotted and where they might be getting into the house.
Kenneth told me if I had questions he couldn’t answer, (he answered all) Safe Pro Pests works with expert entomologists, who can get answers to any bug questions.
I was so incredibly impressed. I can not recommend these people too highly. I’ve used a variety of pest professionals over the years. I have to say Kenneth and Safe Pro are the best I have ever experienced.
I know not everyone might have the same amazing experience, but if you don’t, be sure and give the company a chance to make it right. They really do care about their customers.
