always perfect, always fast and always good. Delivery is even more impressive. They never get anything wrong? Why is that? Who cares! Bring me my SAMMICH!!!

Consistently good sandwiches, easy to get in and out of the parking lot, good service BUT it’s always so dang freezing inside! I can’t get delivery at my house so I am forced to eat in and freeze while I do.

Food is always good. Service needs a lot of work. The person taking my order spoke !! TWO-2! Words to me — the price!!! No «Thank You», «How can I help you?» NOTHING but the price. The price I paid I am sure covered more than the wage per hour of this employee. This is ungrateful and borders on rude. I guess I need to find another location who appreciates me as a CUSTOMER.

First thing first, I want to say is that I’m not a jimmy johns expert by any means. I’ve only been there 5 times now? I went to this location and I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 vitos, 1 without peppers or tomatoes and Tom mozz. The wrapper on the Vito says no peppers and tomatoes but it still had them. Maybe they were busy so they forgot. The sandwiches were still delicious and I just pulled the peppers off. Maybe 3.5 stars instead? This location seemed pretty busy during lunch time so that always a plus.

Well, I don’t live near here but I am STUCK in a aftercare hospital facility for a over a month now. The best thing thay could have happened is me Discovering a Jimmy Johns restaurant closeby. For me, they have been incredible, they have saved me from this hospital food !!! Their sanfwiches are great, the customer service I have gotten is great and their Delivery is Stupid Fast. Now it probably helps that im not too far away, howerer 95% of my orders arrive 13 –18 minutes !! In fact out of all my otders(well over 20 this month) only ONCE was it over 25 mins !! Their sandwiches hit the spot, the service has been good and delivery has been unbelieveable !! Thank You. Alex R.

I usually do not post about subpar experiences at restaurants because I used to work in food service and I know bad days can happen. However, my experience at this Jimmy John’s was so unacceptable that I have to share it. To being with, beware of ordering an Unwich! I recently had to change to a low carb diet. So, I was excited to see the Unwich on the menu. This location around 1 mile from my house and closer than the other Jimmy John’s in the area, and I thought I found dining option to go to several times a week. You can tell the location or chain is heavily promoting the Unwich because instructions on how to eat Unwich are placed on every table. These instructions say to start at the open side. This was not an option for me because my Unwich was wrapped like a burrito in 3 or 4 pieces of paper. Obviously, the staff was not trained how to wrap the product correctly, which I found odd since it was being promoted. It look me a while to be able to unwrap it to have access to it. Immediately, I saw a little bit of the lettuce was black/rotten. I peeled it off and took a few bites. Unwrapping more of it was more tedious than opening a gift box that had been wrapped several times. I kept wondering how Jimmy John’s expected me to follow the directions on how to eat the Unwich. The staff’s lack of training made this nearly impossible. However, I looked passed this because I was happy to have found a low carb meal. Then, I took 2 or 3 more bites and saw that most of the lettuce used in my Unwich had red dots all over it! The staff knowingly served me bad lettuce on a lettuce wrap! When I worked in a restaurant, we did not serve bad/subpar produce to our customers. So, I was a bit surprised most of my lettuce wrap was covered in red spots. I took my Unwich to the counter and said I’d like a refund because the wrapping made it very difficult to eat and the lettuce was bad. The woman at the register basically told me it would be too difficult to do a refund because there was another sandwich on my ticket and I only wanted a refund on the Unwich. I have NEVER heard of a computer system unable to give a refund for only 1 item. Who the heck designed that? The customer service got even better… She then told me that according to corporate policy she did not have to give me a refund because I had eaten half of it. I told her that I had not eaten that much and she could take it out of the trash and check. Her response was that even if I had not eaten half, I had eaten enough that she did not have to refund my money. I told her that made no sense because the product was bad and obviously not wrapped to corporate standard. She insisted she would not refund me due to corporate policy. Apparently corporate policy is to serve subpar products to customers… I ask for the owner’s contact info and called him to complain. He offered to refund my money and a meal comp, but I turned the comp down. I thought he needed to know how bad his product and staff were and I was not looking for a free meal. After all, why would I go back somewhere with a staff that does not care about serving me a subpar/unfresh product? Plus, if the staff is not even trained to wrap a lettuce wrap they are heavily promoting, what else falls between the cracks? Despite the bad taste in my mouth from this Jimmy John’s, I drive the further distance to try an Unwich again at another location. Never again at Coit/Plano Parkway!

I love Jimmy John’s food. That said — when did they start turning business away? I live like within 2 miles of three different locations. And this Location’s manager said I may be in a «dead zone?!?» For delivery? Seriously? Seriously. Supposedly since I am directly on the east side of Custer and not on the west side, it’s a street’s width too far. Fix your zoning Jimmy John’s. It’s embarrassing.

Love the staff here. Always a fan of Jimmy John’s. I like the option to make any sandwich an unwich. Lets you omit the bread for a lettuce wrap. Tastes best with a beach club in my opinion.

They make an incredibly tasty sandwich, but for some unusual reason, this particular location has screwed up just about every one of the 6 – 7 times I’ve been there. Either they forget my request for no tomatoes or lettuce or they wrap it up without cutting it in half and packaging it separately as I’ve asked. I’m certain it’s not because they didn’t hear me, because every time the cashier acknowledges my request and repeats it to the attention of those making the sandwiches. There’s just some disconnect, or the plain and simple don’t care! All I know is, this store couldn’t be managed by the same franchisee as their other stores I’ve been to. This one could stand to learn a few lessons in service/hospitality. Trust… The only thing that keeps me coming back is the food itself.

I’ll rant about the yummy sandwiches and then explain why the 3 stars later. First off I love me some Jimmy Johns. If anyone says«hey you want jimmy johns?» I just instantly, without thinking, say yes. I love this place! I recommend the #9, the Italian nightclub. My taste buds have a party everytime I find myself enjoying the Italian nightclub from here. I always get the hot peppers added as well! So good and not too hot to make the sandwich uneatable! When wanting to go on the(even) lighter side I get the turkey tom! Turkey, cheese, mayo, and tomatoes! Everything from the yummy bread to the fresh ingredients keep me coming back! Also FREE delivery! Love it!!! So. Why 3 stars? cause I’m mad! This is a new Jimmy Johns location and I was so excited for it cause it’s a stones throw from my apartment(there’s also FIVE others close to me and this is why I am mad.) I had ordered pick up and delivery from this location multiple times. Until I tried to place an order for delivery and they said that I am not in the delivery area. Causing confusion I asked«do what? I have ordered delivery from this exact location multiple times. In fact, I had a sandwich delivered last week!) They go on to tell me I am actually in a jimmy johns«blackout area» and no jimmy johns locations will deliver to me. Take a look at the map I uploaded. I have SIX jimmy johns locations within a FIVE mile radius from my doorstep and not one will deliver to me. I am not a happy customer because I’ve ordered delivery from this location many times and I live two miles from this place. Not smart zone planning on their part. This girl just wants an Italian nightclub and some jalapeño chips delivered to her front door.
