Great customer service! Joaquin is very customer oriented and it shows. The food is always delicious, hot, and fresh. Their sweet tea is the epitome of southern tea. The atmosphere is calm but invites conversation. Free ice cream, too! Sign up for their emails. I get coupons weekly– free drink, free sandwich, BOGO, $ 5 off of $ 10, etc. I come here on my lunch break and don’t have to worry about long waits. They’re always busy but work very hard to keep the line going. Everyone is personable and friendly.

Not much different than the other Dickey’s. It’s good for «fast food» BBQ. There are better BBQ places, of course, but it’s a chain so I don’t expect much. It’s a great option for take out.
