Dry Clean Super Center

My wife took some dress shirts of mine plus a suit and some slacks here the other day. Suit and slacks were for dry cleaning while the shirts just needed to be laundered and pressed. Thankfully the suit and slacks came out fine but the shirts looked terrible (photos included). They had wrinkles and machinery indentations plus they were hung improperly on those cheap wire hangers such that the crease in the shoulder is in the wrong place. The whole point was to have them laundered and pressed so that they’d be ready to wear. Now I have to iron them anyway so what was the purpose of taking them here? The good news is the shirts were only 89 cents a piece but regardless of price, if I pay for a service I want it performed correctly. Coming to Unilocal I see this location has several other bad reviews which reinforces my already made decision to take my business elsewhere.

I would gave them most negative rate if there is an opinion here. There is no customer service. They are not hesitate to let you know how much they don’t care the customer;. I have been there several times. The spot on the cloth never get cleaned and I wonder if they even cleaned it or just ironed the shirt instead. Last time they missing one shirt on my order. they said they have no idea what am I talking about. I requested the manager. He is worse even refuse to check the cloth in the back rock. After 10 min conversation… they agreed to check in the back and found my blouse. And they told me it is my fault to drop the cloth in front their store and other customer picked up. It is nothing to do with them… I would never go back… please count how many you have before you drop and pick up. Not trustworthy store.

If I could give negative starts I would. Terrible customer service and it starts from the owner down. Don’t count on any claims of meeting a deadline.

Terrible customer service, low quality dry cleaning work. This place is a good example of a business that does not care about the customer, but manages to stay open due to having a prominent location. It’s worth the drive to find another store.

Ruined my silk drapery’s, they washed them shrank 6 inched then they tried to cover up and let the hem down. They refused to take responsibility
I would have rather they not do it at all vs using a wrong method of cleaning.

STAY AWAY there are better locations in the area that care about service and doing the right thing.

Be advised, they cannot complete same day service. I dropped off one pair of pants and one shirt at 8:30am for my son for a banquet he was to attend. I was told they would be ready after 5:30p. I returned at 5:45 and was told the shirt was not ready. When I said that was a problem for me I was told «It says right on your ticket AFTER 5:30» insinuating that it could be anytime after 5:30. I left and returned at 6:40 (they close at 7:00p) and it still wasn’t ready. My wife is picking up the shirt today (assuming it’s finally ready) and we won’t do business with them again.

The Mexican lady working there is useless! rude service. Worst ever! Ruined my $ 600 suit pant. Did not provide refund and refused to apologize. The worst ever management

These guys are absolutely horrible. I’ve had such a bad experience.
They don’t listen and I get my dry cleaning all messed up, or returned dirty and stained, lost, or other peoples clothes…
On top of all that they have such a bad attitude… it’s never their fault. It’s horrible talking and dealing with them.

Do not use this cleaner to launder men’s button front dress shirts. They consistently crush the buttons. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought this was a random thing, so tried them again because they are close. It happened again on brand new $ 100 + shirts. When I asked about it, the counter lady said that crushed buttons are normal and that they can replace with standard white or black buttons which don’t match the original designer. Awful!!!

you won’t believe this horrendous update:
the owner, ali emami, the owner who also operates under a shell company called santax inc., agreed to mend two shirts he tore in the same batch of shirts he stained per my original entry here. my wife called today and they said they had the shirts ready for pick up. she drove 13 miles each way to be told it would cost $ 24!!! this owner is crazy and petty (given the dollar amount), because he already agreed to do it for free given his people messed up my other shirts as well (which i have a recording of our entire conversation of him agreeing to do this for free, also calling me a chicken s**t 5 times, etc). too bad for ali that i am a man of principle. where most people would write him off because he is so petty and the dollar amount is so small, this guys abusive nature is about to catch up with him legally in a big way.

I’ve used this place a few times now. I liked them becuase they had special prices on Wednesday and Saturday for laundered shirts for $ 0.89. That’s a great deal, but every time I’ve gone back to pick up my shirts they dry clean them instead. I checked all my shirts and they were all 100% cotton with regular plastic buttons. I’ve asked the last two times why they keep dry cleaning them when I ask them to launder them. Nobody has been able to explain why to me. I called another local cleaner and asked them and they told me there was no reason for them to be dry cleaning the shirts.
The only thing I can think is that they just want to charge me more money and not stand by their deal of the day. Don’t be fooled by the cheap price as they won’t actually give it to you. I’ll go somewhere that will actually launder my clothes for $ 1.50 rather than tell me it will be $ 0.89 and then charge me $ 2.50 per shirt.

Great customer service. Been a customer for three years and the girls in the drive thru are wonderful.

DON“T RECOMMEND — CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKS!!!
I have been a long term customer at this location and was extremely dissappointed today. Let me share my expereience and provide a word of wisom to current and any future (potential) customers. I picked up my custom bedding comfortor today ($ 450 value); it was damaged during dry cleaning not only were some place torn but the colors were off. It used to be bright and vibrant and now is dull and whitesh. I brought it back right away and pointed out the damage to the owner. He said it was probably old and tore because of age, he did not take any responsibility, in fact stated «it was probably old.» I pointed out to him that it is one year old so age is not the culprit (heat is). The owner is (5 ¹⁰⁄₁₁ dark skin, dark brown hair and eyes, indian ethnicity) was RUDE, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. Not only did his business damage my property but took no responsbility.
I have been a long term customer (over 2 years) and expected a better response (at least an apology would have been sufficent) and he pretty much told me that being a loyal customer has no value as long as it impacts his bottom line. A very short term mind-​set. This guy does not derserve a penny from me and you.

I don’t like taking my clothes to the dry cleaners, but it’s a necessity. I have to wear a suit to work every day of the work week… boo! Every time I take my clothes to the cleaners, I find some button that has mysteriously come loose or a pleat that’s out of line. Plus, I don’t like using harsh chemicals on my clothes; it just seems like a bad idea.
I take my suits to this dry cleaners because they’re convenient and relatively inexpensive. They seem to do a good job on my suit jackets, but they have minorly scorched the lining in one of them. They have also made a couple buttons on my suit pants mysteriously loosen and disappear. And, on one of my suits they can never seem to get the pleat right and the lining underneath is horribly bunched. I spend about 10 minutes steaming out their mistakes on that suit.
The lady that owns the place is really friendly but her helpers aren’t the most cheerful. They don’t do on-​site alterations or tailoring, unfortunately, and their binding is a little on the expensive side: $ 10 for one pant leg hem.

The Owner/​General Manager refused to give me his name after he refused to do anything about a designer dress ruined by his facility. The colors used to be bold and vibrant and thanks to them, the colors are now dull and pastel-​ish. The inner skirt went from starch white to light pink. They said it was the manufacturer’s fault and that they can’t do anything about it, not even reimburse for messing it up. He also threatened to call the cops if I didn’t leave the premises because I kept asking him for his first and last name. This place is the worst. Do not go there unless you want terrible customer service, lost items or ruined ones. They actually lost another designer dress last year but let it slide and gave them a 2^nd chance. Never again, run from this place!
