B&B Maids Service

We used B&B for a one time «spring cleaning» with a $ 199 special they ran earlier this year. The crew was prompt and professional and did a nice job — not a deep clean but definitely worth $ 199 for a larger home. I will use them again!

We’ve been using B&B for several years and have been quite pleased with their biweekly service. In several years certainly we’ve had a few issues, mostly around something not being cleaned adequately, but a quick email to Allan and the problem is always solved and responses are prompt. I highly recommend them and will continue my relationship with them into the foreseeable future.

We had a great experience with this company. I wanted to have my son’s apartment cleaned before the holiday. They did a fantastic job and even folded all of his clothes and picked up his closet. I would definitely use them again. Special note to #12 for doing a great job — thanks!

Warning! Do not hire this company to clean for you! I hired them due to the good reviews on Unilocal and was extremely disappointed in the service as well as the managers response to my request to have a team come out to finish the job. I hired them for 2.5 hours to clean and complete tasks of my choice. The receptionist told me I could tell the team what items I wanted cleaned when they arrived and also make them a list if I wanted. The team was supposed to arrive between 11 – 1 and they arrived at 1pm. Ok no problem. I verbally told them what I wanted cleaned and they asked for a list. I told them I would write it down and leave it on the kitchen table, which I did. They asked to start upstairs first. I was not crazy about this because the majority of the work was downstairs. The receptionist called about halfway through the job to ask for my approval of 30 minutes more time to complete the job, which would take my total from 155.00 to 189.00. I told her I was not crazy about this but that I would go ahead and approve the 30 minutes due to the fact I am aware my house is not cleaned by maids on a regular basis and I have kids and pets. I live in a 3600 sq ft house and only ask them to dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop the floors, clean bathrooms, wipe down kitchen counters, and clean the glass (inside and outside) of the back porch door. This area covers about 2000 sq foot at most and we are renovating our kitchen due to a water leak so there is no kitchen floor at present, only concrete. They did not do any cleaning in the living room, dining room, walk in master bedoom closet, playroom (or the kitchen, although they were supposed too in the kitchen). Sure enough, as predicted, the team did not get the job done in the time allotted, left dust around the TV and on the cabinet, a pile of trash on myvden floor, no work done in kitchen and did not clean the glasson the back door. I called the receptionist, Daisy, after the team left and told her they fid not do a goid job and did not finish sone of the things on the list. I ask for a different team to come out to finish the job. She said that I «had a big house» and the manager would need to handle that and that she was not available but would call me tomorrow. I never heard from her so i called back and spoke with the manager. I spoke with Maria, the manager, and she took the teams side of things from the very beginning of the conversation and kept making a reference to the fact that I had a big house, even though the team only cleaned in about 2000sq ft. She refused to send another team to finish the job and told me that she could not send a team unless she charged me more money. I told her I would not pay anymore money and that all I wanted was a good quality cleaning job for the money I had already paid. She refused again to send a team out and said they work off commission so it would be hurting them. At this point, I told her that I would never be a customer there again and that I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. She then said that she could only give me a credit for the extra half hour that I paid which was 37 dollars. I said thank you but I still would like someone to finish the job. She refused again and said thats all that could be done. Despite the fact that I said I had pictures she never once apologized for the shoddy job the team did. I proceeded to file a complaint with the BBB asking for a full refund or for a team to redo the job. If I could give 0 stars, I would. On a positive note and because I give credit where credit is due, the team did do a good job in the bedrooms and bathrooms and were nice people. I even gave one of them a winter coat for her daughter. Extremely disappointed!

I’ve been using B&B Maid Service for about a year. They have always done a great job cleaning. I work from home, and Team 1 is considerate when I happen to be on the phone and will work in a different area of the house until I am done. I had a couple of concerns initially, but Allan resolved them immediately and I’ve been happy ever since. Allan wants his business to succeed and it shows through his actions and his teams. As a working mom, I am grateful to have a trustworthy cleaning crew that I can count on to make my house shine. They are my cleaning angels!

Not recommending B & B Maids. Horrible experience. I had set up service with them because they got good reviews. Big mistake. They are not accommodating at all and offer no flexibility at all. I had my first cleaning set up but needed to reschedule. I told the lady on the phone the date and time I wanted. The lady said she had to check the schedule and would call me back. She called back and left me a voicemail stating that she was calling to confirm that they have me on the schedule for the date and time that I wanted. She was calling to CONFIRM. To me, that is interpreted as I am on the schedule, no need for ME to call THEM to confirm. I mean, the message stated she was calling to confirm. And, she did NOT say on the message that I needed to call back for any reason. So the day of the scheduled cleaning came and they never showed up. I called and was told that I was not on the schedule. Um… I still had the saved voicemail from the lady who called CONFIRMING THAT I WAS ON THE SCHEDULE. Needless to say, I was pissed. So I called Alan the owner and left him a message. After leaving several unhappy messages, he finally called me back. Said there was nothing he could do since I never called back to confirm. Excuse me??? The message that was left for me stated that YOU were calling to CONFIRM that I was on the schedule. If I was suppose to call back to confirm what you already told me, then you needed to state that on the message. Alan was not willing to budge and stated that his maids would not be able to come clean my house that day. Long story short, he eventually somehow was able to find two maids to come to my house that day, but at the end of the day. He kept making me feel like it was my mistake, but NO it was THEIR mistake. When they finally arrived, they did a horrible job. Broke a picture frame, broke our vacuum cleaner (which, I don’t know why they used our vacuum cleaner when they had their own), and they also threw away several items in the house that they apparently thought was trash although it was NOT trash. I don’t know why, but I decided to give Alan another chance after he was very apologetic afterwards. I tried to set up another monthly cleaning, but he kept saying his maids could only come at 8am. He was not willing to budge on the time, and he had no flexibility at all. Sorry, I’m not waking my whole house and family of 6 up at 8am for what will probably be another horrible cleaning. I was so done with them after that.
So do yourself a favor and DO NOT use B&B Maids. Alan is full of crap, has no flexibility, breaks things in your house without offering to pay for it, is unprofessional, etc etc. I could go on, but you et the point.

The team did a fantastic job deep cleaning the areas that I needed. I don’t think my kitchen has ever sparkled, but it did that day! Now… I’m booking them to come back and keep it that way :)

Team 2 the ladies are friendly, efficient and timely. Company is very flexible with my schedule needs and accommodating.

B & B Maids cleaned my house today and I’m so excited about how clean it is and how great it smells. I even called my next door neighbor to check it out. I am very impressed with how organized and efficient they are. Four ladies came and they worked really well together. All I had to do was get out of their way. They cleaned the baseboards, window seals, fans, changed my bed sheets and everything else. It’s very hard for a cleaning service to impress my husband, but B & B did it. He couldn’t find one thing they missed. I highly recommend them. Plus the owner, Alan Nascimento, is a very godly man and when he came to give me an estimate we ended up praying for each other. Love how God brings His people together to help one another.

Just want to say that Team 1 did a excellent job and looking forward to the next cleaning.

I highly recommend B&B Maid Service. I have used this service for about a year now. They do a very thorough job. When I spot check to determine how well the cleaning crew did, I always check the bathrooms. For me clean bathrooms are the most important part of a clean house. And B&B Maid Service never disappoints — my bathrooms are spotless! Not only do they clean and sanitize, but they also pay attention to little details. They leave the tissue boxes and toilet paper like they do in nice hotels. It is absolutely wonderful to come home to a clean house after working all day!

Allan and his team at B & B Maids Service are wonderful! I’ve been using them for about a month, and it’s been a great experience so far.
I originally started with another company, and the job they did was very sub par. I was so disappointed. I almost gave up entirely but decided to take a shot on B & B Maids. I’m SOO glad I did. Their attention to detail is great. They even fold over the toilet paper in a neat little triangle. I know, it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it’s the little things that set them apart from their competition. They even HAND WASHED my dishes the last time they were out. AND they folded my towels! Wow! So blown away by that. They always do a really good job of cleaning everything. It’s amazing how nice my place looks when I get home.
During one cleaning, Allan personally called me to tell me the cleaning crew had accidentally knocked down one of my picture frames and that it had broken. He apologized and said they would pay to replace it. I told him not to worry about it at all because it was just a frame but that I really appreciated him giving me a call to let me know. THIS is great customer service. Their level of customer service is just outstanding all around.
I can’t say enough good things about B & B Maids Service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
