I spoke with Tom via email and phone with different ideas and options and he was always so helpful and quick with his responses. The shirts i decided on turned out excellent. I appreciated the speedy and accurate work and the suggestion of tshirt material when i explained what i was looking for. Needed a shirt quickly for Halloween and Big Frog delivered. I just sent them a picture of what I wanted, and they created me a custom shirt. The service was excellent!

The service was great, however the quality of the tank I ordered was see through and thin. I had requested for them NOT to print until I examined the tanks to see if it was the same quality as the ones they had at the store. I was very disappointed at the see through material of the tank. Had I seen the material in person, like I had explicitly requested I would not have printed. Tom said sorry, but at this point I had paid for the tanks already and there was not much I could do.

My husband tells me at the very last minute that he needed a shirt with numbers on it done. I literally called about six different places to ask about one (1) shirt with screen print or heat pressed number on the back. Either no one could do it same-​day or it cost too much.
Soooooo my very last stab… I emailed Big Frog of Plano and requested a quote. I got lucky that day. They emailed me back promptly and quoted a great price and they happened to have time to squeeze in the one shirt that I needed.
It was ready within an hour and it looked great.
Thanks again, and we will be using Big Frog of Plano for my husband’s softball team jerseys in the future– when they get ready to order new designs and have new sponsors!

I have been making shirts with Big Frog of Plano for about a year. I have had them make 6 different designs. The artwork is great, the designers are creative and easy to work with and also very fast.
If you don’t hear from them, just give them a call. They have lots of projects and have always responded quickly if I call. The email responses can be slower.

The people at Big Frog are great to work with. I email over the logo and the info, and they get right to work. They make sure that my logo is correct and them send me back a layout of what it will look like.

I agree with some of the other posters. I went into the store on Monday (told them up front I needed them Saturday for my sons bday party) to order 2 adult shirts and a onesie. I worked with Johnny. I showed him exactly what I wanted (so it wasn’t like the design was totally custom) and he said he would get me a proof by the next day.
Tuesday came and went with no word. Wednesday mid morning I called to check on the shirts. Johnny said «oh sorry I got busy yesterday and forgot to send them. You should have something in the next 30 mins». An hour later I called back because I still hadn’t gotten anything. He says «oh did I forget to send it? I’ll send it now». I finally got the proofs and made the necessary changes. I asked if I would get a call when they were ready. He said I would.
Saturday mid morning no word so I call to check on them. They put me on hold «to check and see what was going on with my order». They started confirming the sizes I order which alerted me that they hadn’t even started printing them. When I asked why they hadn’t even started they said «oh sorry Johnny hasn’t been in the store for a few days». So your store just forgets about orders because one person is gone???
In the end the shirts were done by Saturday and they did look nice. The reason for the two stars is because of the run around and the fact that they certainly wouldn’t have been done had I not called to check on them.

I set up a logo with the most helpful people at Big Frog today for our group to use on t shirts. The people in the store took all the time I needed to adjust and fix our logo for the best results possible on the color t shirt we selected. They use digital printing machines so options are limitless and adjustable as necessary.

Pretty much as easy as it gets. I came in to get shirts made for a festival a group of friends and I attended. Each front was different with the same graphic on back. It was all done perfectly and our shirts were a BIG HIT!
