Jack’s Towing Service

So far it has not been the best they have my Dad’s car back trying to make it right. I am afraid they will bill us for another tow (when the initial repair was sub par) I will keep people posted.

Never have I been so disappointed in a local NH business. Last night my 20 year old daughter hit a bad pot hole near Haverhill bank. Unfortunately the Chevy Malibu Eco does not have a spare tire and the tire was damaged too bad for the repair kit to help. OnStar was not having any luck helping us. I called Jacks towing and asked if they would work with Chevy Road Side assistance and the man who answered the phone said no. I asked how much it would cost to tow the car to Atkinson. He said $ 100. I explained it was only 5 miles to our home. He said truck doesn’t go out for less than $ 100. I was exasperated and he hung up. An hour later my daughter was still stranded so my husband called Jacks and the man who answered said the price is now $ 150.00 you should have taken our first offer. I could not believe that a small town business would treat its neighbors in such a manner. I will be sure to let everyone know not to count on Jacks towing.

Great service and a reasonable price for both towing and repairs. A local repair shop who will not inflate pricing and will only do work that is necessary. It is a pleasure to be able to get a honest evaluation of your mechanical problem.
