History

Established in 2003.

Carolyn Cronkhite established her law practice in 2003. Prior to establishing her own practice, Carolyn was a staff trial Attorney for Allstate Insurance Company. In the six years Carolyn was an Allstate attorney, she handled multiple trials in Connecticut Superior Court. Carolyn has served on the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Board of Governors and was a member of the Women in the Law Task Force. Carolyn currently writes articles for the Hartford Women’s Journal.

Carolyn Cronkhite grew up in Bristol, Connecticut and graduated from Bristol Eastern High School in 1985. She graduated from The College of The Holy Cross in 1989 and The University of Connecticut School of Law in 1994. Carolyn was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1994.

Carolyn is active in the Plainville community. She is a member of the Downtown Merchant’s Association. She coaches basketball through the Plainville Recreation Department and has coached soccer in the past. Carolyn currently serves as a Trustee for the Elizabeth Norton Trust Fund. Carolyn is a member of the Central Connecticut Women’s Forum and was a past vice-​president for the organization.
