Outrageous Boutique

If this was a review for poor customer service and bitchy attitudes, I’d give it 5 stars. The owner is like Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde. When I went there to shop for my daughters dress, she was pleasant and helpful. Once I paid for the dress, all bets were off.
When I called to make an appointment to try on her dress, I was told that I could only pick it up on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and they are only open late on Thursday.
When I was actually accommodated (much back and forth) to come in on a Saturday, the owner was so incredibly rude. I would never go back here or recommend them to anyone. The experience from a Customer Service standpoint was terrible. No one needs to be treated like this. It’s a boutique store. I would imagine they get most of their business through recommendations and word-​of-​mouth. She should really be a little nicer to both her customers AND the girls that work there. She was rude to them, too.
