guru TUTORING is a company offering exceptional and proven Standardized Test Preparation services. We started in Princeton, NJ and are actively growing, première tutoring company! We offer a wide range of services, students and parents can choose from, to meet their tutoring needs.

In addition to instruction available to private clients, we work with High School to host free test preparation information sessions, weekend seminars, and free practice SAT exams with score reports.

Our tutors are subject matter experts with excellent teaching skills. Each one of them come with a proven track record of tutoring many students successfully and helping them reach their goals. Tutors are assigned based on a detailed assessment that commences with an on-​site visit of a guru TUTORING coordinator, spending quality time, interviewing not only the student but also the parents. History

Established in 2013.

Business Owner

My name is Nitya Sivakumar and I am the founder of guru TUTORING and also an active member of our tutoring team! As a trained and certified tutor for many years, having helped 100+ students reach, if not surpass, their goal scores, I realized my method of teaching and resources worked!

I wanted to take my curriculum and spread it to the many students preparing for these standardized exams around the tri-​state area.

With the help of my dad and the rest of my family, I started guru TUTORING in 2013. I wanted to keep the student and family the main focus when structuring our services and curriculum. I wanted families to feel welcome into the fold and confident that we are here to make sure the student is fully prepared for whichever standardized test they are looking to take!
