Sew Many Windows & Interiors

Working with Colleen at Sew Many Windows is a joy. Her creativity and color sense is amazing, and she works with partners, installers, etc. who provide only high-​quality results. I had been trying for two years to get the right window treatments and look in the master bedroom when I found Sew Many Windows in the Yellow Pages (shows how desperate I was). She came to see the room, listened to what I was trying to do and immediately had ideas. She brought fabrics for me to see and she designed upholstered box headers and window sheers that are perfect. Best of all, her installer came in, put them up, and left with no mess or fuss. She also recovered a chair, found an area rug, throw pillows and bed cover and now I have a room I love.
After that she helped me furnish a more modern space with a nod to mid-​century glam. She suggested wall paint colors, and found furniture and lighting. I’m probably more involved in the process than some people would be and she’s been flexible, collaborative and good-​humored no matter what.
Some designers require large payments up front. I appreciate that Colleen is willing to work with my budget. She charges a nominal consulting fee that is deducted from the first purchase. Everything else is mark-​up on the items she sells. The final prices are not unreasonable for the quality and service she provides. She’s on-​time and up-​front with billing and responsive by email and phone.
