Matthew’s Towing

If you ever need your car towed, do not use this place. My friend had her car towed on a Saturday night, and the owner of the establishment was the one working. He was extremely rude to her, demanding only cash even though there were no signs clarifying that. On top of that, he originally had asked $ 375, but then proceeded to up the price to $ 500! Her car wasn’t even there a few hours, but he claimed the price was raised because it was after midnight. If I could give no stars at all I would, but I’m definitely reporting this business to the better business bureau.

We use Glenns auto body in Plainfield who are amazing. We called them and they
Referred us to Matthews towing as we thought our car needed to be towed to Glenns. The man who answered the phone was very courteous and said he would be by our house in 90 minutes. While waiting we decided to charge our battery and it is fine now. I called Matthews and the gentleman on the phone totally understood and luckily they were still 20 minutes away. He was happy that we were able to start our car again and so were we. Due to his incredible kindness and understanding I told him we will definitely keep their number handy if needed. I really appreciated his understanding and professional demeanor. Would definitely use them in the Future if needed.
