Blue Heron Lake is a small, serene lake within Hummel Park tucked along CR600 S in Plainfield. The walking path runs along the outer perimeter of the lake, fishing is allowed with State License and picnic tables are within walking distance. You’ll find a small parking area on CR600 S with room for two or three vehicles. Whether you exercise on the walking path, fish, picnic or just enjoy watching the Herons, this is a nice spot to spend time at.
