I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. I don’t even know where to start, I love these people. I was referred here by Douglas Automotive after I backed into my sister’s driver’s side doors in the driveway. I went to Contours and met Josh and Jody and their adorable dog. They quoted me at less than half of what the other shops did. It saved me over $ 1000 and my sister’s car looks better than new. On top of that they came in $ 20 under the quote they gave me and gassed up the car! I want to invite them to Thanksgiving and Christmas and my wedding. Contours is a wonderful, honest body shop and I highly highly recommend, obviously.

I have a 1992 Cadillac, Josh and Jody took it in and treated the car and myself like I was family, that is and was very important to me. With that kind of business attitude towards someone you meet for the first time; keeps me coming back, and anxiously telling others about them.

Used this shop for the first time with fairly extensive repair to a 2012 Ford Fusion rear end. Work was completed within a timely fashion and looked brand new. My customer opened her door after being amazed with repair quality to find a freshly detailed interior. That finishing touch created not only a return customer for my business but two for theirs. UPDATE 02/​12/​2015: My business and I have since used this body repair facility several times with out complaints OR concerns. I have NO hesitations sending everyone I know with body damage to this wonderful UNDERRATED body shop! I often times find myself using the words «hidden gem» to describe this shop.

In the past 2 years, I have brought my car to Contours for various issues. The first time was to repair damage as a result of an accident. Jody, who works in the front office, was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. She happily jumped through their hoops so that I didn’t have to. Her wonderful service saved me a lot of time and aggravation. She even helped me reserve a rental car. Josh did a great job replacing the dented door and trim. It looks as good as new.
I have brought my car to Josh and Jody several times since to address various minor issues. Josh makes the repairs very quickly. And Jody is always wonderful to deal with.
I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to Contours.

I’ve brought multiple cars to Contours and I’m always pleased with their work. The shop is clean and Jody and Josh are always kind and willing to explain their process and answer my questions. I live about 30 miles away from this shop but wouldn’t even consider taking it anywhere else.

I took my car to three different body shops for quotes. Contours quoted me $ 50 more than one shop, and $ 120 more than another. Unfortunately both of these other shops could not get my car in for nearly a month while Contours could immediately so I ended up going with them. Is it any wonder they had no wait?
After getting my car back I noticed a number of issues with the repair job. The clear coat was full of little bumps and nubs as if dirt or debris had been trapped under it. There were a few dark spots in the paint color. There was also a nasty tape line. Where they had sprayed the clear coat on the entire rear bumper was much duller looking than the rest of the car
I brought the car back to get these issues corrected and all they did was polish the car down. They tried to tell me the tape line was from when the factory painted the car. I find it hard to believe the manufacturer would put an uneven tape line on the car considering how they paint entire panels of cars. The car still has the tape line and looks much duller than the rest of the car.

Outstanding service, they promised and over-​delivered in doing some body work on my A4 trunk. They said it would take 3 days and they finished in 2 and the trunk looked like it was never scratched/​dented from the inside garage door handle coming down and scraping it good. Besides that, they were a couple of hundred dollars less than two other body shops! They really cared about the quality of the job!

Josh and Jody have established an exceptional business built off hard work and excellent quality. I have referred several customers to them and every single one has come away extremely satisfied. Josh and Jody are honest, reasonable, and talented in what they do. I wish I could find more businesses to recommend with this much confidence! Thank you for all you do, Contours!
